Good Place and Quiet, will be back

It's very nice place but watch out for a lot number 7. The previous occupant left part of their sewer system in the hole and broken hose pieces around the bib and the 40amp is melted so we had to use the 30amp. And dog crap all over the place around number 7.

Usually always clean and neat. Except this time, lot #12 had dead kittens under their trailer, one with it's head chewed off. Amongst the little children's bicycles and toys.

Horrible experience at this place. Their very rude and write in their own rules. Definitely play favorites there. Do not recommend dealing with the managers at all. The husband will tell you your allowed things and the wife will say he never did.. she will come around the corner writing her own stuff into the rules with pen. Its just ridiculous. Steer clear

I love this park, so clean and well kept, what people I have met are so nice and friendly. Ronnie who works here and looks after the park , is so kind , just a wonderful place to live or visit. It’s within walking distance to the water and boat ramp. Also walking distance to a great place to eat, excellent food and plenty to eat. Best place to be in Port O’Conner.

My husband just stumbled across this park before Christmas and let me tell you we didn't want to leave. Over the top laid back friendly, clean, quiet ( unless it's duck season airboats head out early ) which is over January 29th. Its safe never had any issues. This park is simple and a fisherman's paradise, boat ramp located less then a block. I Can go on and on but I had made life long freinds. Will be back. Check out the price, you will never want to leave.
