UPDATE BELOW:The Sunrise and Sunset views from all angles around the park are awesome! This clean, gated, quiet small RV Park has a swimming pool and a card operated laundry facility with new machines available for use. There are long and short term stays available with a month to month contract. We are enjoying our stay here. UPDATE 11/2024: This little Park has grown and currently has back-in sites available with full sunrise AND sunset views you can only see in Texas. There may be more people now but the peacefulness, cleanliness, and customer service is unchanging. My pups love the dog park play, long walks around the park, and we are so grateful for our experience here. UPDATE: This Park may have changed names, not hands, but service, safety, cleanliness, and friendliness are the same. Aubrey RV Park is great for long and short term guests.

My husband and I were doing work in the area and needed a place to camp while working. This place was perfect for our needs. The laundry and bathrooms were close and uber clean. Had we been really camping with family we would have wanted picnic tables and a fire ring. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Enjoy your stay!

Gated park with full hookups for 50 amp service, a pool, laundry, and kept clean. Most folks are long-time but there seems to be some movement every little bit. Quiet, very quiet park. We are enjoying our stay here.

Amazing and accommodating staff, spoke with the manager who was nice as can be and he clearly knows this area/things to do nearby really well!! Great amenities aswell, wife and I were happy to see the on site laundry room, and the kiddos had a blast at the playground/were mesmerized by the bright blue lights coming from the Texas shaped pool!

Totally love it here. Was finally told about some promised changes are coming in terms of amenities and stuff for the ground are coming the first of the new year! Love all my neighbors I have met and are longer term like me! Can’t wait to see what actually comes and is made and the long sitting projects being completed! Although they do need to get a landscaper to come Clean out all the weeds organically because of the park animals don’t need heavy chemicals accidentally ingested but other than that, totally love it here and plan on being here for a long time!

We stayed here for about six months while we worked on some issues with our RV. The staff are fabulous and incredibly helpful. Very easy going. The RV Park is basically a large gravel lot with some long term folks and short term campers. Because our children live in the DFW area for the most part, this location was perfect for us. Nice quiet back roads to walk and bike. Loved being just outside of Denton. Would stay again when back in the area!

Very nice place to stay. It is gated with a fence you need a code to get in. The office staff was friendly and helped me fix some problems with my camper. They are building a new swimming pool that should be open soon. Nice quiet area with lots of good local restaurants close by. I definitely recommend it!
