Clean park! Nice facilities, they have 2 laundry rooms. There's one at the main building and 1 to the bat plus showers for women and men. Separate, nice pool area. Nice walking paths around the little pond, and they allow fishing. And as of right now, you keep what you catch., pretty good, size catfish, from what I've seen. People who run it seem to be very nice.

I was a guest at the park for almost 2 years and I’ve watched the park decline badly the last year. The lake is no longer blue and clean, it’s got Algee over growth and trash floating in it. The pool is no longer checked and cleaned daily but instead left unattended and maybe once a week a company comes to look at the chemicals which can’t be safe or sanitary considering all the people who get in it daily. The bathrooms and laundry rooms do not get disinfected and cleaned daily and have a bad smell to them and a lot of the machines don’t work. Before the park was kept clean and id see the lady from the office come out and talk to guests and help out with maintenance and cleaning, she was there for years . After she left another lady came in the office. Then again another new person who never had the office open and she even cussed out a worker and would block peoples numbers from calling the office! People are parking all over in empty sites and the park is disgusting from the trash left outside the camper trailers like beer cans and trash bags that the stray animals get into and even lots of cigarette buttes and dog poop. Nobody watches the kids and they stay out late at night being so loud , you can’t sleep for work. The music plays loud from the trucks and they go fast in the park and nobody says nothing anymore. Whoever bought the park last year picked wrong people to put in charge because they don’t know anything about keeping a park clean and safe for workers. I hope someone new comes soon and turns it around before it’s too late!

We were in Texas Lakeside for almost a year & we really liked it. My favorite months were when Angie was the manager, she was so welcoming and nice. Laundry room on site with good amount of machines and a quarter machine that accepts up to $20 bills. I really appreciated the mailing table and how they wrote everyone’s last name on the packages so we could see the name better. Will definitely be back if husband gets a job in Port Lavaca again.

Let me just say that we have been to a few RV parks, and this one was by far the best! The front office staff is really well-kept and friendly. We had a last-minute work trip and arrived about 8 p.m., and they had our paperwork ready on the board. It's a pretty quiet community that is gated, which is a plus! We definitely plan to return!

Very clean park - Hot tub, Pool and Laundry kept up very nice. Very nice club house and setting area. Appears to be a fairly new park with concrete streets & Level concrete pads. Angie & Warren were very accommodating and helpful from day one. Very quiet at night. We were happy to be able to sleep. Thank You Angie & Warren for the enjoyable stay.
