We just left from our five day stay, and I wanted to share what a great place this is! Those who run the grounds, awesome job! Hope to visit again someday.

We moved here into one of the rental homes in July and everything has been awesome. We needed temporary accommodations and I’m so thankful they had something available. The on site amenities are great. The management is super kind and helpful with everything. We hosted my baby shower in the community center/clubhouse and it was a great time!! The facility was very clean and they gave us access to a lot of great decor and the kitchen space. It’s very nice and pretty! I would highly recommend hosting events here!!!

Stayed there for 4 months while taking a break from traveling. Very well managed and maintained. Nice level concrete pads. Nice laundry rooms and pools. Really enjoyed my stay!

I really enjoyed staying here for the last few months. They are affordable, they are clean, and they're very helpful. I am not a fan of the industrial place next door, only because I am always looking for stuff in the sky such as the northern lights and you can't see that because of the lights being so bright next door. Other than that though, it is pretty quiet here, the delivery drivers usually find this place pretty easily. They have a pool and a playground for The kiddos, the people around here are really nice, the kids have made a lot of friends throughout the months. When I've had issues with something in this park, such as the laundry rooms or my account, they were able to help me out and I appreciate it. I've been to some places where the people who work there are very rude, and really just want nothing to do with anybody, and it's not like that here. I like how it is also outside of the city but still close enough to the city to order delivery or even get in your car and just run 10 minutes down the road. The only thing I will say that I am not a fan of, is the people drive so fast in this place. They have speed limit signs everywhere but you know you always have those people that think they're Speed Racing or something... always in a hurry. But other than that, I've really enjoyed this place.

We lived in our camper on the property for over a year, then in one of the 2 bedroom homes for 7 months. We had great experiences with Magda, the manager. She was kind and always so helpful. Our two kids, ages 9 & 11, loved the playground, basketball court and pool. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great place, but winding which the said upfront. However don't complain and try to come back after leaving. They get rude. Other than that it's a nice peaceful place with rules.

My staff and I had the honor and privilege of providing entertainment for the Brown wedding at this lovely venue. First let me strt by saying the staff were absolutely fantastic. Very accommodating to not only the Bride and Groom but to all the vendors. This facility is country with just the right amount of class. Very nice and neat and very well kept. My crew and I highly recommend this place for your next event.

Very nice, new facilities. Light poles, fenced dog park, and plenty of Green soft grass around the property to walk your dogs. I saw the ground crew out watering the trees yesterday and tending to the property. It will take a few years for trees to cast shade in many areas, but they are planted. Nice place not far off hwy 67, but far enough where the noise was not an issue. We would stay again if in the area.

This park is very family oriented as well as maintained beautifully and always clean. The laundry room is very nice and the showers are a very nice size and always clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We love the food trucks every Thursday and Saturday as well as the special activities that Mary plans on Saturdays. The basketball court along with the play ground and the catch and release fishing ponds and the pool are all things our family really enjoys here. Our family definitely loves staying here and feel very safe and comfortable thanks to Mary, Julia & Larry!
