Texas Trails RV Resort
Warm and sunny Pharr is a great place to shop with tons of fine eating places. We offer many planned activities or just relax around the pool and soak up sun. A perfect place to be a Winter Texan. Another Wilder RV Resort!

My husband's parents live here. It is a beautiful gated community. Occupants keep their homes and yards neat and tidy. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool, as well as a giant hot tub with an open ceiling that allows you to gaze at the moon and stars while you soak away your troubles. The people are very nice, and there are frequent events, dances, and fun activities that you can opt to join in at the community center. There is a community laundry, wood shop, dumpsters for your trash. No random stray animals, everyone keeps their pets on a leash or indoors. If we could retire, we would for sure live here. Check the requirements, they have lowered the minimum age to move in. If you can swing it, come enjoy your retirement years here, or at least your winters!

My grandparents have lived here since 99 many good memories visiting them through out the years and always felt as a safe and welcoming community for them Met many great people during their time there and many long term friendships

I've only been here a few days so far but I have to agree with a previous reviewer about the water pressure. It's so low that I filled my FW tank and supplement the pressure with my water pump. Not sure how the folks in mobile homes and park models deal with it. ON EDIT. Last week there were some repairs done for a leak, supposedly by the city. Since then the water pressure is much better. Not great but better. There is also a great deal of sludge in the lines. I had to replace my water filter after only 2 weeks here.

It’s a nice area with lots of nice people. I have stayed here for about 2 months and planned on staying more then a year. Unfortunately, the water pressure is extremely low, and ALL over the park. I spoke with five other residents in the area, and ALL stated the same issue. I have lived all other the U.S and at different RV parks. Let’s just say water here SUCKS. I disconnected my filter in hopes the pressure would flow better, but even with that, its terrible. Plus you’ll mess up your lines. I let the office know and they proceeded to blame my system. Should have read the other negative reviews others have left. So I decided to move to another location in the RGV, guess what, NO issues.. I can shower, fill my toilet with water, with no problems. Now I know why there is a lot of open spaces. That’s because others have left or already know. People just don’t want to move into an area with low or no water. I did pay a month ahead, so I wasn’t due till December. I decided to cancel and let them know, and they still wanted to charge me $390 extra because I was canceling. Ridiculous! I never encountered a RV park like this were they want to cast blame on the customers. I would avoid this place. Again, I love the neighbors, they are nice, but management is delusional. I would Not rent here if you plan on hooking up.
