We were on a trip to Fredericksburg and almost ran out of gas (not my fault 🤭🤭), so we pulled into the Valero that’s connected to this shop—and I’m so glad we did! What we thought would be a quick fuel stop turned into such a fun little find. The convenience store itself is great, super clean, and perfect for grabbing last-minute items for your Airbnb. But the real surprise? Their frozen peach wine drink. Oh. My. Goodness. I wish I’d gotten the bigger size because it was absolutely delicious—sweet, refreshing, and the perfect “vacation treat.” Inside the attached shop, they had the cutest and funniest shirts for sale—quirky sayings, like DAD JOKES-that’s how EYEROLL - and a whole vibe that makes you want to bring one home just for the memories. It’s the kind of place you walk into for gas and walk out of with a drink in hand and a new shirt you didn’t know you needed. A totally unexpected and fun stop—highly recommend! 🍑⛽️✨

I went to a Jellystone park when I was too young to remember, but I have been coming to this one since I've been an adult with my parents, and my sister's family. We love this place. It has a small mini golf course, a nice pool area for adults and teens to swim in and relax, while also having a separate kiddie water park pool that is supervised. My nephew loves the water park and had so much fun at the 4th of July kids party they had at that spot. They also have a small arcade that is free to play, indoor activities with the kids like painting, drawing, playing games like giant connect 4, and blowing really large bubbles with other kids. There are tons of activities for your children to enjoy at the park that are all planned constantly by the very dedicated park staff. This time of year, it was Halloween themed with magical pumpkin seeds being placed in magical glitter, where your kiddos have a pumpkin appear magically the next morning! You can paint and decorate them however you wish! There are also tractor rides that go around the park. You also have Yogi Bear and Booboo come out and play with the kiddos during activities! This year for Halloween, Yogi dressed as a vampire! There are tent camp sites, camper trailer/RV sites with electricity, cabins with built in AC that you can rent, VERY CLEAN public bathrooms with showers to keep yourself clean, and a dog park for your pets. There is also wifi/internet at about 25 to 50 megabits when I checked. Good enough to stream some TV shows on netflix or hulu if it's a rainy day and you want to stay inside and not do any of the indoor activities they have planned and available. At the entrance of the park, they have a gas station available, which is also the park store. You can get food there to cook for camping, drinks, beer for the adults and a couple of other adult drinks, snacking food, ice cream, and candy. You can also get some extra camping gear and parts if you need it, and there are tons of little toys and knick knacks for the kiddos you can purchase. I ended up getting my nephew a ton of colored glow sticks for their Halloween night, and it was a blast! There are also shirts, mugs, cups, dog toys and dog harnesses there with leashes, just in case you forget something for your puppy, or want to get them something new! Overall, the staff was absolutely amazingly kind to my entire family, my nephews, and myself. Always offering help, always asking if things are okay, And always making sure that if there are any problems, that we can ask them for assistance any time. I absolutely recommend this place if you want to bring your family out for a camping trip in a tent, a cabin, or even a camper trailer. They work year round and have seasonal activities, the staff is always in a good mood and helpful, and if you want to volunteer for work, they have options for that as well. This is a very nice park and I can ALWAYS recommend this place to ANYONE who wants to go. It is worth the very cheap prices they are offering. If I have 3 adults and 1 pet right now, here are the prices. Just over 300 a night for a roomy cabin, just over 100 a night for the smallest cabin, the cheapest camper/RV site is 78 a night with the most expensive being 99 a night, and for the tents, it's looking like 92 a night. I think it's a good price to have a lot of activities to do for kids, you can bring pets, you have multiple options for camping there, and you have bathrooms and trash taken care of. I say it's worth this rating. Much love to everyone at Jellystone and I can't wait until my family books you again!

A bunch of fun events. Has a lot of places to go to while they are there. Everything is kid friendly. Written by my 8 year old. As a parent this is a hidden gem and by far our favorite Jellystone. Our kids love this place, spacious lots, cleanest bathrooms. We come every year. I met the owner and he is the nicest guy. He made our final hey hey ride extra cool by a drive by the longhorns. We will continue to come back. Highly recommend.

We had such an amazing time! Beautiful and clean facilities. Tent sites are in such a great location near the jumping pillow. We loved the water park and the staff was super friendly and helpful! I rescheduled twice and it was no big deal. Great value for money.

We had the BEST time! The staff was amazing and so sweet! Could not get the kids out if the water park area! They had a blast on the jumping pillow. They had tons of stuff for kids to do crafts, playground, games… We loved it and will definitely be back.

Upon arrival it seemed nice, the water park is closed. The pool is closed we couldn’t have a fire. There was roaches in our unit. They advertise food on site but it doesn’t start until next week. The ladies up front tried to charge me $30 over the price of the shirts. They didn’t know how much anything cost either. My kids and I were very disappointed with the stay. We checked out early.

We’ve come to this resort in the past and have always enjoyed it. Our kids love it and we’ve always felt welcome until our latest stay. The park host (or whoever patrolled the grounds) scared our kids and constantly harassed them, threatening them they will get banned from All activities when we were in an ears reach to them. We constantly check them and have never had any issues. They respect adults and act appropriately. We are not the only parents who experienced this. We will NEVER give them our business again.

We had a WONDERFUL experience at Fredericksburg Jelly Stone Park. We stayed in cabin, which was very clean, comfortable and met all of our needs! The loft was perfect for kids, or a perfect place for an afternoon nap. The grounds and amenities were well kept, and offered a lot to do!! Even during the winter, they had events, games and also offered information as well about local events!! The local store was so convenient to grab any forgotten necessities, snacks and drinks! Besides being extremely family friendly, I would definitely recommend staying here to visit the extensive wine country!!! There were so many ride services that pick you up and take you to the local vineyards and then come back to the resort for R&R!! We’ll definitely be back!!

This was our first time using our camper at an RV park. The staff in the general store are very friendly and welcoming. On Saturday night, I called to request assistance with getting the cable TV set up. A gentleman came right away and provided AWESOME assistance. In addition to getting the cable TV operational, he showed me other features about my camper that I was not aware of. Again, this is our first time using our camper, so we are still learning all of the features. In addition to being late on Saturday night, it was extremely cold and he didn't mind helping us. I would definitely stay at Jellystone again, and highly recommend this place to others.

We just spent a week at Texas Wine Country Jellystone Park with my family. Our teenaged boys loved it there. My youngest loves fishing and the small creek that runs in the back of the campground has several trails to access it (fair warning, some are steep, so wear good shoes and watch your step). The swimming pool and hot tub were a hit too. It appears they are expanding the park. We will most likely be back during the summer!
