I stayed at this RV park from March 30 to April 10, 2025 and it was not an enjoyable experience. I was in the process of relocating to NWA for work and needed to stay in our Airstream for a couple of months while my daughter finished school back home before her and my wife joined me here. I made a two month reservation and when I arrived late in the day on Sunday, March 30 found that my assigned spot was occupied. I went to the office and was told I had been reassigned to another spot. When I arrived at the new spot I found that it was next to a rundown unit that was surrounded by clutter and junk. I went back to the office and asked about it and he said he knew which unit it was and he agreed it was unsightly. I asked if I could be assigned a spot that bordered the golf course and he said they are more expensive and I agreed to pay the extra ~$200 a month. He said management didn’t prefer monthly tenants be at those spots, but it should be okay for just two months (note, there are several monthly tenants in those spots). While I was working that week I began getting text messages from the RV park manager that I needed to relocate because my unit did not meet their 30’ minimum for those spots. Exchanges with that assistant manager were professional on both ends, but she was very persistent as she said the owner was insisting I move. I began ignoring the texts as I found the ask to be unreasonable and excessively persistent. I would be gone in six weeks at this point, so the situation would resolve itself. They later held a package of mine in their office forcing me to interact with them. When I did the general manager angrily confronted me demanding to know why I wouldn’t move. He did so in an aggressive way which was concerning (yelling at me like a child). I left the office and called another RV park in Gentry, relocating that evening. The RV park manager said she would prorate my rent. When I called about the proration she said she changed me to a nightly rate since I only stayed 12 days and charged me nearly what I agreed to pay for a full month. I thought proration of my monthly rate was more appropriate considering the circumstances. Aside from the harassment and aggressive outbursts by management, the RV park is very congested with sites only several feet from each other (you get to listen to your neighbor flush), the bathrooms are not kept clean, the laundry machines run off tokens not coins (charging twice as much as is reasonable), and the propane refill rates are excessively expensive. The property has a lot of potential and they are making investments that are improving it significantly. I would suggest a renewed focus on customer service and experience to maximize the benefit of those investments. Good luck in the future.

Nice golf course, friendly staff. But some of the grounds crew has no common courtesy between mowing up close and walking around in the fairway when people are on the tee box. I get there’s work to do but have a little courtesy to the people that spend $50-$80 to enjoy a round a golf.

We anticipated a resort on a golf course only to find a long term stay rv park. Disappointed because it has potential to be a resort on a golf course. Entering and exiting is a challenge due to blind spot in the roads and lack of signage. Many sites have permanent residents and is evident by multiple vehicles per site(some inoperable and parked on the grass), storage units, tarps, decks attached to units, small business signs posted in lawns, and small sites with no tables. One resident had his motor coach extending out in the drive making it a challenge for us to pull out of our spot. Rules are obviously not enforced and it is ruining what could be a destination resort as the name leads you to believe. If you are needing a place to stay for extended periods such as employment leads you here, then this is it. If your vacationing, I would consider other places.

The positive: sites are long enough for a 40' 5th wheel and truck. Location is convenient to all the sights. Full hookup is great. Wi Fi was good. The cons: site was not level. Alot of full timers. So many sites had 2 or more vehicles. They start leaving for work around 6:30 so forget sleeping in. For $65 a night, it's overpriced. No picnic table, not well maintained and rules are not enforced. The web sight states nothing over 10 yrs old and less than 30' (not sure I understand that), but they had both.

Wasn't thrilled with this "resort" when we first got there, but it grew on us as the week went on. Pull through lots, no picnic tables or grills, A LOT of full time live-ins. Was quiet and since our "patio" faced the pond, we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets across the water and golf course. Staff is nice and they offer military discounts. Full hookups. Would go there again if I wanted an inexpensive stay for our 44ft 5th wheel.

Made a reservation and told them I would be in late. They assured me that wouldn't be a problem, and that the paperwork would be taped to the office door telling me where my site was. When I got there nothing on the door, no night-time number to call. I left a message on their answering machine expressing my frustration. No one has called back to explain what happened or apologize. I won't be making another reservation there.

If your looking for something that has a nice club house....well not here. Everyone is very nice. When they have restrictions on the age of your RV then the place should be held to a higher standard.

We love this campground. The only thing is the flies. Omg... please spray something. Our site, we put fly tape and those tapes that have solution in them. I promise you we caught about 500 flies and they are everywhere in droves. After catching all those flies in those special containers, you'd think we would have caught them all!!!! I'M BEGGING YOU TO CALL SOMEONE TO SPRAY SOMETHING!!!!!!It would also be nice if you had a pool or maybe clean the pond because I'd love to sit there near the pond, but the bugs are so thick it's just not worth all the aggravation. Just a few things that would really improve it here. Other than that, it's a quiet campground until they mow the sites at 6:30 in the morning. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here. I'll give you 5 stars if you just help out with the flies. Very aggravating! The sites are small, but manageable. Other than golf there are no activities like swimming, bingo..... nothing! The campground is located right off the main road... so you hear the cars, trucks, road repairs, and I find it funny that people go 90 miles an hour and right where we are located, they decide to slam on their breaks suddenly instead of driving safely. I love the site... the office people are very nice! For a semi quiet campground, and way too many bugs... it's a nice place to stay. Please I beg you PLEASE SPRAY SOMETHING!!!!!!
