I would give this place a 10 if I could. We were there for a week and a half. The staff is great. The park is very well kept. It is close to town or trails. It is very quiet and has a little bit of local wildlife

Nice park, clean, quiet, spacious play and picnic area, group fire pit area. Good amount of space for dog walks. Has huge unfenced off leash field. Easy access to Drumheller, hoodoos, historic sites and trails. Rv sites were power and water. Dump station on site. Poor internet signal, unless you have star link.

Our experience was good here. The campground was friendly and clean during our visit. The washrooms were fairly decent, I did not use the showers, but I would wear sandals as with any public shower facility. We stayed in the tenting area, our site (T1) was very spacious and separated from the other sites nearby. Overall, it was a nice camp to stay at, while being close to all sorts of attractions and things to do.

The tent sites are fairly new and were quite muddy when we arrived. The tent sites are very small and close together. We got lucky and didn’t have very many neighbors. No one enforces the quiet hours so hopefully you have quiet neighbors!

This has been my go to campground for 5+ years. This place is usually very busy from early spring to late September. The tenting campsites tend to be tight and rather close together. Some sites like: T1 and T2 are quite well sized and are great providing element coverage and lots of space for 4+people. 31$/night for tent sites is a decent. Sites are always clean. No garbage. Plenty of RV sites with electricity and water access. I believe these are $50+ per night. Good idea to book in advance especially if your planning on coming out on a long weekend. This place gets busy and loud. Your not going to have much privacy whenever you camp here. That is part of the allure or special touch of this campsite. It is extremely child friendly. Well located park and tons of well watered and mowed grass to keep kids moving and busy all day. They have a great front store open from 8:00am-9:00pm. They sell all kinds of stuff from condiments to ice and firewood. They sell ice cream and sparklers and glow rings/rods etc. Wood is priced at $11 per bag. Reasonably priced. Your not going to get better prices at Walmart then here at the store. Just buy and support them. Weather can be crazy and unpredictable so come prepared. Tons of wind storms pick up, stake tent down. Also make sure to check the hoodoo attractions 3 minutes down the road, right coming out of the campsite. You can climb the side of the valley mountain and have tons of fun with the whole family. I will be back every year. Love this place.
