Pirates Arr for you stayed here during the Sylvan beach pirate festival and this campground is great. The owners are super friendly the cabin was very clean. This is a great place to stay.

The landing is a wonderful place the owners care for their campers their campers have fun the place gets 10 stars out of ten stars for me they have cabins and lots for campers and tents swimming areas clean bath houses and a lot of other things. internet and cable are also included. family enviornment for families as well great place to be

We are from Alabama. We came up here for work. We have been here at the landing since July 5 and we have absolutely loved it. The bathrooms are super clean. It's super quiet most days (some that come in on the weekends we're loud) there were groups that came in and broke thing in the bathrooms bc they were drunk and the workers here jumped right in to get everything fixed. I've seen so many reviews on here saying the bathrooms were nasty (they must of been here on the bad groups weekends or were the bad groups) the workers here clean the bathrooms every Monday morning and they would clean during the week if it needed it. We haven't had anything wrong at all. They are always mowing and cleaning up the grounds patching holes in the road... I have loved watching this community come together when a tree falls.. they all came together to get it all cleaned up and moved. We will recommend this camp ground 100%. We have absolutely loved staying here. And if we have to come back to New York for work this will be the first place we look to stay.

I only rate this place a 2 based on my specific situation. Family of 6 rented a cabin for 3 nights. We booked it months in advance and drove 6 hours to meet up with another family. No bathroom in cabin, which would have been fine except the communal bathroom is downright dirty. The same mud on the shower floor for days. It was tough to get dressed and undressed without our clothes getting a mud bath. The cabin had no table in it to eat when it's raining outside, or for bfast in the morning. It would be ok for a couple, but this is not a family spot. If you're looking for a "cabin" to rent for the family.... this isn't it. If you're looking for a weekend camping getaway with your partner.... I'll give it 3 stars. You can do WAY better. To be fair.... It seemed very nice for RV Camping. And there were MANY happy RV campers on the grounds. The staff was very friendly.
