Two stars for cleanliness, nice staff, and location. Everything else was disappointing: • There's no soundproofing (at least in the Lodge area) of the hotel. We could hear every word of our neighbor's TV - as well as their conversations. And another room played loud music until 12:30 AM. • The machines were TIGHT. Despite four hours of play, we walked away with nothing. It appeared other people were having the same issue. • The bathrooms were awkwardly laid out. The sink was outside of the actual bathroom - and the shower and toilet were incredibly close together (so much so that the door was hard to close). • There were no coffee makers in the rooms. This was a major inconvenience and forced us to go three floors down just to get a cup of coffee. For $200 per night, there are much better casinos. Skip this one.

This place is fine if you want to over pay for an average room (thats being generous). Nothing special about the parking lot view from the tower room. If you want a late check out, that'll be an extra $50 for an hour. Gaming floor is limited on variety for slots. They dont seem to have the more popular games and the ones they have are super tight. Room was mostly clean except for garbage left by house cleaning. Dining at one of the only 2 options for food left less than a satisfactory impression. $20 for a prime rib French dip with thinly sliced, frozen meat(the equivalent to steakums) was very underwhelming. I expect better for the money I am paying. This feels like a 3 star property masquerading as a 5 star. Won't be coming back. You could do better than to stay here.

Everything about this resort is great with the exception of their beds. For $250 a night you expect a decently comfortable bed. Instead we got a mattress that hat felt like we were sleeping straight on the ground. We will not be coming back to the hotel portion of this resort until they’ve managed to make it to where the customer doesn’t have a neck back and shoulder ache the next morning from sleeping on their beds both me and my wife felt the exact same way

Beautiful hotel and view. Loved my room. Low key casino, nice people. Fun to learn about the Ko Kwel Tribe thru art and signs around the building. Nice gift shop. My wish would be for a few more vegetarian and healthy food choices. Mostly pub food offered. I had fish tacos which were decent.

We had a wonderful week staying at the hotel. We had a room with a bay view and it was lovely. The staff was very accommodating and super nice. The pool and spa was perfect for our visiting family too. The casino was okay. They allow smoking and the machines are very tight. Otherwise it was a great stay. Also, this is a great place for handicap folks as everything is level.

I made my our reservation over two months before arrival, and just mentioned in passing, that the night of our stay happened to be our anniversary. When we entered out room - which was nice, there was an anniversary card on our bed signed by a dozen members of the staff, as well as a "towel sculpture"! ! I did not request or expect the reception we received! The entire stay was great -- the food, the room and obviously the hospitality!

Close to town, next to the casino. Very clean, nice spacious sites, quiet tenants. They have a shuttle to and from the casino. One of the less expensive ones in the area. Two small dog parks. Traffic noise from 101. Good WiFi.

Poor experience from the start. Checked into our room and it immediately smelled like dog pee from the moment we opened the door. It’s severe enough that I was grossed out trying to go to sleep. The bathroom sink filled up with water, didn’t drain at all. (This signifies that the sinks have not properly been cleaned in some time) and was super annoying through our stay as you couldn’t wash your face and brush your teeth without a full, dirty sink. Maintenance did come to fix it but ultimately it needed more attention. They had no other available rooms to move us to. There are no microwaves nor coffee makers in the rooms. If you want something microwaved, you must bring your food to the front desk and ask them to do it for you. Inconvenient enough that we forwent having something microwaved as it got late in the evening. The shower products were nice but we got two shampoos and no conditioner. I tend to rely on these products when I stay in a decent hotel so that was unfortunate. Pros: the bed is comfortable and the place is quiet. Including dog fees, the price was around $400 for a one night stay and for the crappy room and experience, we will never stay here again.

Stayed at The Mill Casino • Hotel & RV Park and had a comfortable experience overall. The property has two separate hotel buildings: the newer tower and the original lodge. The newer building offers more spacious, modern rooms — definitely worth the slight price increase if you’re looking for comfort and updated amenities. The lodge has undergone partial renovations, so some rooms feel a bit dated, but still clean and decent for the price. Great location right on the bay, and it’s convenient having the casino and restaurants nearby. Just be sure to confirm which building you’re booking if room style matters to you.

We stayed at the Mill Casino RV park in our 42 ft. Class A. There was plenty of room for us to navigate and park. Very clean and comfortable campground. There are two nice dog parks for different size dogs. A shuttle comes around to take you to casino. We ate at the casino and the food was very good. Security regularly patrols the campground and we felt safe. Would stay here again, good location.
