Found this little Gem on my way to look at a local RV Park. So glad I stopped here. Robin, the manager, is such an amazing person. So kind, attentive and already made me feel like family. Looking forward to moving my Park Model home to my forever home here at The Oaks. Lots are spacious, some shaded. Small, quaint, clean, privately owned Park.

The oaks.management refuse to give me back my security deposit. I followed everything they asked me to do. I lefted the place better than when i rented it. I left thinking everything was OK. They told me that in 2 weeks I will get my deposit back. I called 1 month later wondering what happen to the deposit Management Robin told me that the payroll person was sick in the hospital be patient. I waited another month I. Called again she told me that management refuse to give me my deposit because I left the place a mess which I have proof that I didn't. I went to speak to her at the office she told me she can't give me management number and she is in vacation now to speak to me. They didn't communicate with me at all about the deposit. I am a catholic caring human being who trusted the oaks property manager with my deposit. Now I have to go and get a lawyer to get my deposit. They didn't have trouble taking my deposit but are having problems being fair and returning it. . I was patient with their change of management. I went far and beyond and even paid my last month rent while I was packaging and finish 2 weeks ahead of schedule and cleaned throughly.be weary of oaks management and how they lie and cannot be trusted.

I have just moved in, Mrs. D was very helpful and informative. She provided me with everything I needed to know to set up everything I need to move in. It's a quiet place from the little bit of time I've spent there which is perfect. It's not over priced and the lots are well maintained. The neighbors seem to look out for each other. Update: the park isn't being well maintained the trees are over grown, the lawn maintenance is lazy, the drainage during heavy rain is poor due to improper lawn maintenance. the pool looks green and reports of causing skin rash. The deck is falling apart and has holes in it, with cracked boards and community area is UNSAFE and Dangerous. The common areas are Locked during hours they aren't supposed to be. I've had to contact management to get my packages because the doors were locked at 700pm. Hopefully we can have these safety issues addressed and managed so we don't have an accident.
