I'm a current renter of their storage area. Over Memorial weekend the manager there confronted me at the gate while I was searching for my remote to enter. She was very harsh and kept telling me I couldn't be there and the pool was closed she finally drove away yelling that I couldn't be inside without a remote. I found my remote and had used the bathroom when she returned. I was sitting in my car looking for my phone. She locked the pool gate then came to my car window and told me the pool was closed 2 more times which I told her I wasn't using the pool. She told me the entire area was closed and I was not to be there. At this point I noticed she appeared to be drunk. I asked her if this was so she claimed she didnt drink. I asked her why was she harassing me a customer of the place. She denied this and sat in her golf cart watching me. I found my lost phone and parked in front of my trailor in which she followed me and sat and watched again. At this point I was to intimidated to go to my trailor and I stayed in my car. She finally left. This was uncalled for treatment and especially to do this while she was drunk. All night long a loud party went on I finally fell asleep around 3am which this party continued late into the following day and night. I find it strange her over concern with me yet allowed a loud party to go on. I don't think she has been there long but her actions were unprofessional. Im looking into taking my trailer else where. This park has always been a well kept park and the noise level was always reserved. Customers are no longer treated well and allnight parties are allowed. Unhappy storage customer

My family and I stayed in bungalow 59 A. There is one bedroom and a pull-out bed. Since it was my wife and my daughter we thought the one bedroom would suffice for our sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately the pull out bed's frame was broken and dropped at a significant angle. The mattress was so thin, it caused the springs to poke through and stab her. The rest of the bungalow was old and outdated and the table on the patio was very dirty. For the amount we were charged, we should have been provided with the accommodations that was advertised and expected, but we did not get that. I requested some sort of refund but after calling four or five times with only one call back while I was working and no emails back I figured it was a lost cause.

We called and called around after hours in the Palms River resort were the only ones that answered and gave us a place to spend the night. Safe and secure for RVs and quiet too. Make sure that you have a 50 amp converter if your rig is 30. Tammy was great answering the phone and helping us out
