Campground dirty, staff surly and not at all helpful! The road, if you can call it a road, is a dirt path full of ruts and holes, hard on camper and vehicle just trying to drive thru! Outrageous price for the money! Dont go here it is simply not worth it! Do not recommend!

This campground was amazing! When I booked for five days due to a local event nearby I thought it will be ok enough to lay our heads down. The website mention “we are small but cute”. Cute it sure is, although beautiful! Also, a lot bigger than I imagined. We walked the perimeters and wow especially far out, if you want peace and quiet, primitive state and such for tenting, this campground has it. If you want space for RVs they have it. Price wise, you can’t beat it! You do pay for wifi although $3 a day or $20 for a week, you can’t beat that and it’s great signal. They have a pool, a store that has a little bit of everything, an amazing huge room with so many antiques, I loved the nostalgia and going back in time. Great walking and nice areas nearby. The people that work there are very attentive and friendly. I sure do give them 5+ stars!

Camping at The Pines is always a good time! I’ve never had a bad experience here and we’ve been coming here off and on now since 2011. The Fiola family is always accommodating, the pool is beautiful, they have a propane fill on site, and plenty of quality firewood,. They always have something going on to bring everyone together. A Decent playground is available for the kids and some really cool sites that are deep into the woods, so deep you park your car and walk in to setup camp. Back in the day, I would’ve went for those but nowadays I’m using a 39ft Fifth wheel and I got a spot with all the hookups, plenty of room, and a 50Amp service.

Just stayed here last weekend because we wanted something close to home with a pool at a reasonable rate. After reading through some of the google reviews, I decided to take a chance and call to book a site and figured if we didn't like it, it's only a 40-minute ride home. I'm really glad we did give it a chance. The staff was really friendly, the site that we had was well above my expectations. Saturday, they had a Halloween party for the children and children's games that rivaled some of the high-end campgrounds we've been to, followed up by trick or treating. Very inclusive, friendly organizers and borrow a costume was available! The pool, while not heated, was crystal clear, clean and refreshing on a warm day. a little rough around the edges, but very nice. Nice tables and chairs with umbrellas lined the pool side with well cut grass underneath. The camp store has a lot in it at reasonable prices and I'm sure if you run into any trailer issues, they probably have a part available to help you fix it lying around. There is a quaint little arcade game room with a pool table next door to the activities room. The activities room is filled with 40's through 90's era collectables that's definitely worth a walk through to see some history. There is a nice hiking path that leads into the woods where you can hike in/hike out if you are a tent camper, or just looking for a hike, very secluded if that's what you like. That entire part of the campground was empty and begging for a larger family to rent multiple sites together and not worry about being a bit louder because nobody would hear you back there. There are quite a few year-round renters in the upper portion of the campground. My son ended up be-friending a few of the friendly local kids that took him down the brook to show him where the hidden crayfish are! If you are low maintenance family looking for a well-priced, quiet campground in the woods that is rustic & not looking to fleece your wallet, give this place a try. Most transient campers I met had been there previously and continue to come back... that says something. While this place may not be for everyone, it checked the boxes that my family needed. If you are looking for a well-manicured golf course style campground, I've been to them as well, keep looking this place won't suit you. We will be back in late September to see the fall foliage and for a certain person's birthday we met there to surprise them on the 27th.

Just a night stop over on our way tomorrow. Restrooms and showers are clean. The park is nice and peaceful and the owners are very friendly. I’d stay here again.

Well all I can say about this trailer park / is that the showers were big & clean the toilets we're clean but the kids in the trailer park hung out in the bathrooms shoving toilet paper in all the toilets! The staff was very unfriendly when we told them the shower had not hot water they didn't reimburse us at 10:30pm they told us to turn our music down! Witch was only on level 4 they wanted fires put out by 12midnight they would drive around on their golf carts in the middle of the night creeping on people we were very uncomfortable there . All I can say is really look into camp sites before you book with them because some are really trailer parks that just take you're money & tell you when to stop you're music or TVs & fire . Camping is to release enjoy relax & the freedom to do whatever you want. There's nothing to see or do there the the pool no I would not go in the pool it looks like the people that live there year around bath in it I would not recommend this place.

I came here for a weekend with my family my kids was younger at the time and someone who was a regular there child did something to my kids so my son reacted he gave this kid a warning. Well he kept doing it and the other party had the person speak to us about the situation. Well kids are so quick to say what another kid did but never ever quick enough to say what they did for the child to act like that. It was wrong on the camp’s behalf. My family had packed up early days early. We did not feel welcomed by the staff. Considering that he had rented to my mother when I was a kid I don’t know if he still owns the house or not but he didn’t remember me at all which was fine. But my point is that they play favorites in the community I guess the longer you are there the better they will treat you. The outcome was the other family never had gotten spoken too we didn’t feel welcome after that regardless of being a regular or not you should treat your guest equally

This is a small country campground. The staff are extremely helpful and will even help back you in. The sites were large, and we had a little block behind us, which was very relaxing to listen to. For the most part everything was quiet. This is a very basic campground with a little bit of quirkiness. The pool was nice and clean and the folks who work there go all out to make you feel comfortable. Do not come here expecting a fancy campground. This is old school country camping at a nice price 👍 we loved it! We wish we could’ve stayed the whole week, but unfortunately we already paid for another place that wasn’t as nice as The Pines

I just had the pleasure of my first stay at The Pines this past weekend and I already booked my next long weekend! I walked up to check in and was greeted by the chillest dog I’ve ever seen and a gang of kids that were absolute sweethearts. The owners were all absolutely amazing and super helpful with anything we needed and any questions we had (including showing me our campsite twice because I couldn’t believe we had the amount of space that we did). Make sure when you come you get to hear a bit of Paul’s stand up comedy because he’s a riot and possibly the best tour guide I’ve ever had for anything. He’ll show you everything from his radio collection to the old school high chair he actually used with his kids and it was amazing. 10/10 would recommend this campground if you want to feel like part of the squad when you take a walk around this small but adorable spot.

I've already camped here a few times and have had a great experience every time. I prefer trunk camping and at the end of their road there is a group of tent sites. The campground is family run and owned, which is noticed with the friendly and welcoming interactions. A few with electricity and water for a few dollars more. I've picked one of the sites with electricity and never used it just for the layout of the site. I travel with a large battery bank and a foldout 20 watt solar panel. There is an outhouse and running water next to all the sites within walking distance. Showers are coin operated for 4 quarters (hot/cold). When the stall door is shut a switch will turn the light on. There is a small playground and pool but it's a very small community. Every time I spend a weekend, I never want to leave on the checkout day. It's so quiet and peaceful. Be careful if you drive a lowered car, you will bottom out in some of the far back sites. There are more RV sites and they operate all year around. Photos are taken from all the times I've visited.

Truly a blessing to find this Campground! The staff each and every one of them are incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating. The views from this site are truly beautiful! With a very well maintained property. Location for 'myself' has been somewhat challenging, but, again that's for myself. I work an hour and 19m away... However, I gladly make the commute as I truly love it here ♡ I strongly urge, if your considering staying here, do! You won't regret it. Prices are fairly reasonable, you have full hook-ups with many amenities (when in season) laundry facility on site, clean bathrooms and also a shower if you so choose to not use your own, or are tenting vs RV'ing. Oh and can't forget the beautiful brook that runs along the backside of a row of campers that you can hear which just adds to the beauty and tranquility of The Pines. Thank you kindly, Pines for providing such a beautiful place for us lucky enough to stay!

A great camping weekend. The site was clean and surrounded by trees. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you are a glamper don’t come here. Very rustic and private. We will definitely come back again

Friendly people in a quiet spot, dog lovers.
