Situated just outside the town of Berwick, often called Nova Scotia’s Apple Capital, the campground sits in a prime location for exploring the province's agricultural heartland. The surrounding area is a tapestry of lush apple orchards and rolling hills. Its central position in the valley means guests are never far from local markets, charming downtown shops, and the unique microclimate that makes this region famous for its produce and world-class vineyards.
Amenities & Park Features
The park is well-equipped to handle various RV sizes, offering both back-in and large pull-through sites with options for 30-amp electrical service and sewer hookups. On-site recreation is centered around a refreshing heated pool, which serves as a popular gathering spot during the warm summer months. Families also appreciate the well-maintained playground and horseshoe pits. Basic necessities are covered with clean washroom facilities, laundry services, and available firewood for evening campfires under the stars.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Adventure is just a short drive away from the campground gates. Guests frequently visit the Oaklawn Farm Zoo, home to a diverse array of exotic and farm animals, located only minutes away. For those who enjoy local flavors, the region is dotted with award-winning wineries and craft cideries. A short drive north brings you to the rugged coastline of the Bay of Fundy, where you can witness the world’s highest tides and enjoy fresh lobster in historic fishing villages.
Who This Park Is Best For
This park is an ideal fit for family vacationers who value a safe, community-focused environment where children can play freely. It also appeals to road trippers looking for a central location to explore the broader Annapolis Valley and Bay of Fundy regions. If you prefer a traditional camping experience with plenty of greenery and quiet evenings rather than a high-traffic urban resort, you will find this Berwick gem perfectly suits your travel style.

We had a great stay at Valley. So much for the kids to do! The pedal go carts were a hit! Large pool, washrooms, playground and lots of space. The only downside we experienced was a lot of litter around our site and in the fire pit. Tricky with dogs wanting to eat the litter. But otherwise, we will plan to come back next summer!

Friday night and this place is a party that unfortunately doesn’t end as 1 am is quiet time. So camping for some is loud music, yelling and shouting to the early morning. Not a place to enjoy nature and outdoors. But many families seemed to be okay with that.

We had a very nice stay. It was clean and well maintained for the most part. There was a charge for the shower and they were not in great working order so we had to leave to shower. There was a wonderful young girl at the concession that was so great and patient with my grandchildren. Thank you Sidney 😊

It was a very fun campground , we had a big family trip there , it was family day , there was jumping castles and games , the kids had a blast there is a nice size pool, camp sites are nice size with fire pits, they have a clubhouse, and a little store , with treats and they even sell little propane tanks. Big playground in the middle of the campground , lots and lots of kids around, everyone seemed friendly , busy spot but it was a fun weekend , oh they have a big field with soccer nets and a baseball field and basketball nets, no cannabis allowed you have to go for a walk off the property if you want to smoke. Pet friendly but must be leashed. Everyone is wore out but they had a blast. Would definitely recommend going there!

We've been seasonals for 18 years now. This truly is our home away from home. There is always lots to do for both adults & kids. Quiet time is 1am, and if you enjoy friends and music around the campfire there are always some around on the weekend. The campground is beautiful. We love it here and hope to be seasonals for as long as we can. We think it's the best campground you'll ever try!!
