What an absolute hidden gem of an RV location! Someone described it as a "boutique" RV site which describes it perfectly! There is some road noise but really didn't bother us at all, and we enjoyed hearing and seeing the passing trains. The views of the mighty Columbia River were stunning and we were gifted with the cries of an Osprey nesting down in the coves. The short walk down to the private beach and coves area was an awesome perk. The entire property is absolutely beautifully maintained. You can tell a great deal of work goes into making this place special. The bathrooms and laundry facilities were spotless. The sites are level and easy to back into as long as you follow the directions from the host when you confirm your reservation. Having a secure gate was a nice touch. Also the host managed reservations so that while the RV area wasn't full, you were nicely spaced away from your neighbor. So close to both Stevenson and Carson, as well as all the other nearby attractions. We are definitely adding this to our "must return" list.

The Riverhouse is a great getaway place very private and absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Sunrise can be stunning. Plan on at least one early wakeup. Some train noise outside but not too bad inside just a bit of a rumble. We love it here and will be returning. We noticed during our May visit a new osprey nest and could see a total of two occupied osprey nests. Highly recommended. Pet friendly too. 😊

We used the RV park and it is amazing. The view of the Columbia is like none other. The property is clean and maintained well. Janet is helpful and available when needed. Cinda was also there and friendly and helpful. Laundry is easy, reliable, and affordable. That they only rent every other site is nice for guests to enjoy the property without having a neighbor right under your window. Bring ear plugs as highway is next to the park. Trains don’t bother me, but the highway is loud. White noise app and ear plugs with windows closed worked and it’s not worth removing a star in this review. If you’re a bike rider or walker, fun trails along the river in N Bonneville up to the dam. Great location and secure entry so people aren’t just driving in to “scope out” the park. The houses for rent are cool too. We were allowed to peak in one that wasn’t rented, and another that wasn’t yet occupied (only outside). One reviewer said the train horns blared all night. That was not our experience. Trains came, but horns didn’t sound each time. You can also hear the trains from the Oregon side of the river as the water conducts noise, but that didn’t bother us. Just a mile from Stevenson made it convenient. We had a blast.

Absolutely breathtaking views right outside the home. The house is very clean and modern enough. Very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of things to do around Cascade Locks, Hood River, and other towns, but you'll be tempted to hang at the house and enjoy the incredible view and relax. We will definitely be back.

A lovely boutique RV park. Great views of the river. We enjoyed the private walk down to the coves, where we skipped stones and played on boulders on the river. The property is well maintained and the bathrooms were clean and functional. Don’t forget your white noise machine. Highway on one side, and train tracks on the other provides some noise. Not too bad.
