We camped here in early November, 2025. Check in was fast and easy. Found our site 96. Nice clean level site. The only downside was the trash bin were located above our site and every morning 7:30 bam!!! We also rented a Jeep! They had the Jeep cleaned and ready to go! Great rental review! We will stay again but not close to trash bins!!

We love The Ridge. Spacious site, check in is very polite, very clean. We love it because it is off the main part of Pigeon Forge and quiet and just a short trip to any of the stores for shopping. First time doing trick or treating their and we had so much fun and activities. The Ridge is definitely our home away from home when we visit TN.

The Ridge is amazing. We have tried other places and keep coming back bringing more family with us. The girls in the office are so friendly and helpful. The amenities are the best, from the scheduled activities, the pools, food trucks, covered pickle ball court, cable and WiFi are great, to the trash pickup and more. The whole campground is clean, sites are spacious, bath house and laundry are amazing. We’ve tried many but this place is worth every penny!! Keeps us coming back several times a year!! Well done Ridge Community!!

The Ridge Resort is our home away from home. The resort offers spacious sites with concrete pads. The front office staff are top notch, always helpful and friendly, greeting you as soon as you walk in. All grounds are well maintained and clean, huge plus (and they offer trash collection daily, just put it on the curb)!! The resort location is awesome, you can get to Walmart or Tanger within minutes or you can be on the opposite end of the parkway or Island in minutes too!!! We would give it 10 stars if we could!!

We camped at The Ridge for the third time and as usual a wonderful experience! The resort is very clean and the landscaping and maintenance crews keep this place in excellent condition! The front desk staff friendly and informative. Our site was roomy with concrete pad and fire pit. We did not have kids with us but the children we did see were having lots of fun! Lazy river and the pool were great. Walk in pools which is nice for us “older” guests. The on-site deli was delicious with many tasty selections and cinnamon rolls! We have stayed at many campgrounds in this area and The Ridge is number one with us!

Wonderful vacation - beautiful family campground and the staff is amazing. An added bonus was a carver (Mike) who used a chainsaw to make bears, flamingos, pelicans and turtles. Of course my wife had to have a bear with an Alabama sign (Roll Tide). Everything about the campground was clean, neat and welcoming.

Second time we have stayed here. Everything is top notch and handled really well. Check in is smooth, grounds are immaculate and they always have good activities. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Well worth it. Will be staying again.

Great resort all the way around! It poured our first night there, so the kids played inside in their kids activity room. Ping pong, ski-ball, drawing, blocks, something for all ages! Outside pads are level and paved. We had a great stay! Will definitely recommend and be back soon!

The Ridge Outdoor Resort is fabulous! The front office went out of their way to accommodate us when our tow vehicle had a problem that required us to stay an extra day. The entire property is well maintained and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. The bathhouse was meticulously clean. The laundry room was appreciated. Cannot recommend this resort enough!! 10 🌟 !!!

To bad there are only 5 stars because I would give it 10. This is simply the best place I ever camped at. Awesome lot #22 beautiful view. Staff here is fantastic. Employee Bo is awesome he simply goes above and beyond to please everyone. We are here for a month from Michigan and definitely will be back. A+ to everyone at the Ridge👍😁
