Spent the winter (7 mo) here. Good accommodations & staff. ( mailbox, Gulf, pool hot tub, small gym, courts, etc ). Very windy at times. Mostly a Canadian hot spot - once there gone you basically have the place to yourself. 55+ gated community clean, friendly, safe and quiet. Shopping a couple minutes away. A part I didn't like was the Saturday night [way too loud music] with the same beat from nearby locals, 7p but normally tappers off at 11p. And no particular reason kids will start doing burnouts in the streets at any hour ( ????) at least once a week.

Great 55+ resort! Management is great, along with the park staff! Activities galore, and let's not forget the stellar views! Great doggie parks and lots of activities close to the park as well!

I really enjoyed staying the 2 weeks here. There's no such thing as a stranger. Everyone, staff included is so friendly. They have every amenity you can think of and then some. It's a great location between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park to enjoy both. The area was just very windy while we were there in April.

Great RV Resort! Has one of the best staff of any place we have ever stayed. Been here for 5 months and cannot say enough about the service we received any time we had a problem or concern. Resort is very well kept, all amenities are in excellent condition.

Lots of people chose the park for the large dog park area - we did too. Stayed 3 months, despite horrible winds which damaged our RV, because golf was convenient & pool areas were great. Then both our dogs got violently ill one night. Found out later 3 other dogs got sick the SAME NIGHT. $1400 ER vet bills and our male dog died. When we started asking questions about what the workers were spraying we were asked to leave. Don't risk your pets life.

Very tight spaces. Trash and overgrown brush all over our site. Patio cement cracked in several pieces. Very long walk to dog park. Golf balls on driving range are terrible - almost smooth. Pretty much worthless. Feral cats everywhere. Very rundown - landscape not maintained at all. Overgrown and several dead shrubs everywhere. We were supposed to stay 3 weeks and left after 6 days. Would not stay there again. We also had no water one morning and park was scheduled to be without electricity for 2 days after we left.

I've been golfing here my whole life, bringing them business during the HOT desert summers and different age players to keep them busy. But after todays terrible experience with their phone hospitality and upcharges to $40 to play- sadly i will never return or recommend them to my golf circles. Thanks for the memories and your loss. New managers are terrible. Good luck in the summers once these 4 month winter birds leave. $40 gets you 18 holes at prestigious Cimarron golf course in Cathedral City- which we will gladly drive out to play. Peace ✌

Arrived today. We stay here now for the fourth or fifth time and really love it. Our site this time is not the best, very sloped and it took a lot to level our rather small RV ( compared to what I see around us) Already enjoyed the pool and hot tub, met some old friends and made new contacts. We'll settle in and take it for there.
