Paid $700 upfront for a monthly stay starting Dec 18 after providing my RV’s year/make/model. Later received a text-only notice saying my RV was labeled a fire hazard and I had 72 hours to leave. No inspection was witnessed, no issue could be identified when I asked, and no park rules or safety standards are posted on-site or online. I was not given a chance to correct anything. A pro-rated refund was promised, which I appreciate. Still, monthly guests should know stays can be terminated abruptly without explanation or clear guidelines. Edit. I was promised a refund for my unused dates, but I have not received one at this time. I left the RV park three days ago. Whoever I spoke with, assuming management or ownership, told me I would receive a pro rated refund "as soon as I left", but that is not the case.

The flexibility of moving our reservation was greatly appreciated after having engine troubles with our truck. We loved the quiet, remote location of the park and the huge spaces. Camp host Kim was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. Our only issue was our clothes were covered in dog hair after using the laundry facilities, even though there are signs posted not to wash pet bedding. We went into Canyon and used a laundry mat after that.

A sweet little RV park. I was a bit discouraged initially when it was 20 miles off of I-40. I was not disappointed, however, when we arrived. All pull through spots, very level, a nice host who greeted us, a dog park and SO QUIET!!! We would definitely stay again 😊

Great place to stay while visiting the area. The spots are easy to get in and out and plenty of space between each spot. We have a small RV so we did use the bathroom and they were clean and in good shape. I would stay here again.

Only 11 minutes away from the town center of Canyon, this is probably the nicest RV/camp I have been to in terms of how well kept everything is. The check-in process was the absolute easiest and most convenient I have experienced; book online, get a site assigned then just show up at your convenience. I can’t get over how easy it was to book, check in and get the bathroom codes and site number. The sites are level and the whole property including bathrooms and showers are clean and taken care of. Great sunset at this place too!

We spent a great 7 days here, exploring the area around Canyon. This is such a peaceful spot where you can see for miles, and as others have mentioned, great views of the sunrise and sunset each day. I especially loved the laundry room! You pay online and book it for a set amount of time and then do as much laundry as you can during that time - genius! I was also impressed at how LARGE the washers and dryers were. We were able to fit just fine into spot 9 with our large rig (45' toy hauler) but we did need to back out of it to exit the park due to the tight turn we would have had to make if we exited forward. I would recommend sites 1-7 for rigs our size. I'm including an image of site 7 which I really wish we would have booked. Our main windows would have looked at the sunset and we would have had full afternoon shade. [Note: I highly recommend the Canyon Farmers Market on Saturday mornings!!]

Our family was on a road trip and was delayed a day due to issues with our camper. We were fortunate to come across The Silos RV park at 1 am when we could no longer drive anymore due to being exhausted. The self check in worked wonderful so we did not have to disturb anyone pulling in during the middle of the night. The pull through sites made it easy to set up camp quickly. The spots are nice and spacious and easy to maneuver, especially, in the dark. Spacing between sites made it feel like you had plenty of room with your own small yard. Though we did not bring the dogs, they would have loved the dog area. If we find ourselves in TX again we would definitely come back. This RV park was perfect for our needs and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

The Camp pads are long, especially for a Class A 40' plus tow. Nice and quiet. The smell of Cows (at a far) but when the wind is at the right speed and direction... believe "It's a nice aroma, smells like money" lol

Longest pull-throughs I've ever seen! Our 45' 5th wheel was dwarfed by the length of our space. Nice, wide, level, gravelled spaces. Convenient fully automated online reservations system. This is perfect for an overnight shop. Far enough from the highway to be quiet. Friendly, helpful owners. Make reservations ahead of time though as this is a small park and we got the last site available several days in advance.

Wonderful place to stay. Well maintained and clean. The online reservation and payment method worked fine Great place to stay and enjoy the peace and quiet and beauty of the country. Close to city of Canyon and palo duro canyon so plenty to do if you want or just relax

So glad we found this little park! Very clean and the sites are super long and spacious. Camp host was friendly and welcoming. Little play ground for the kiddos was a nice treat. We stay in Amarillo area often, this will definitely be our new stop over point, as the price was unbeatable. Thanks for a great nights rest!
