Great place to stay in our Airstream. Our spot backed up to the lack and was deep and wide with nice pavers. Be aware there are a lot of alligators in the lake, so keeping pets on a leash is highly advised. Clubhouse, pool, and staff were all top notch. Location is a little far from restaurants and amenities, but if you don't mind a 15-20 min drive there are lots of places.

Where to start with my review??? My husband and I left two weeks ago today after living at The Tides RV Resort for a year. We were so happy when we found this place and I thought that we were going to be here happily ever after but unfortunately, for us, wasn’t the case. The clubhouse, pools, laundry rooms, size of lots, etc. are, like most of the reviews said, very nice and well kept. The “gated” community is actually a non gate one with magnetics bars that open and close with a fob and many times in the year that we stayed there, were malfunctioning and stayed open. The “luxury” resort is not what we expected because Management has rules and guidelines but not enforce them especially if you are a resident that is good friend with Management! Rules say that you can’t wash your vehicle…no problem, if you are in their favorite list, you can! Rules say that you are not allowed to park in a lot that is not yours, same as above. The rules say that your dog should not walk without a leash, same as above. And many more… Rules say that only one RV and two vehicles are permitted per lot, not the case!!! Trailers and other junk overcrowded the spacious lots and make them unattractive. I found the activities nothing special for a “luxury” resort and frankly, making balloons or coloring is not what I would considered even to offer! Management is truly the worse and no one cares if you are not happy…someone else will fill your lot and pay premium money for it! My point is that if you don’t care if rules are not followed, this place is for you and the place is indeed a nice park however, not a luxury or gated one for sure!!! We found our gated 55plus RV Resort and very happy with that. Rules are followed and lots are kept clean and this works for us. To Management: I kept this review a lot nicer than you deserve, we followed the rules and you didn’t however, as usual, you won’t care one way or another!

I stayed at this location A month ago and was very happy with this Rv park, was immaculate and all the workers are extremely helpful and kind. Our stay was shortened unfortunately due to a bad car accident. The whole park was so nice to us, neighbors brought us food and a walker for my mom and one Canadian neighbor, sorry forgot your name, took me to office on her golf cart as I could not walk good, and are immediate next door neighbors near our lot 177 Dave and his wife took us shopping due to our car was totaled and checked on my mom. We appreciate and are so thankful to all these beautiful people who reside here. From the moment we checked in with Sue we felt welcomed with the best hospitality the whole stay. I would highly recommend this place, hands down without a doubt!! I wish I could have stayed longer and hope to come back soon!!!

Good location in Florida. Beaches nearby (miles). Enjoyed our ten-day stay. Clean park. Quiet. Well-maintained grounds and public spaces. Beautiful setting. Well-landscaped. Nice shell trail around the park. Great pool area with a large spa. Clean bathrooms and shower bays. Would return!

The nicest rv campground. Pricey. Top notch place. Friendly. Florida does not give back deposit is absolutely terrible. Rip off They don't care if you die sick or immediate family dies. This all RV Parks in Florida a normal person can't afford to loose that money. Seniors never know if there health will fell or emergency health issues. We are not coming back because of your rip of rules. Us baby boomers will be dying soon. Then you will to because the younger people don't have the money. I wish I could see that happen. We spend a lot of money on all rvs and trucks the cost of gas to get here etc plus your HIGH RENT 3500.00 FOR January and February is ridiculous!!!!!

I’ve read a few of the reviews that are on here and find them incorrect, first of all they pick up trash M-W-F. I’am walking this resort and I have never ever seen a dog not on a leash and I walk every day. There is also zero problems inside the park, you don’t have loud screaming all night people raising heck. No not here. This place is impeccable , very clean and super friendly. Always something planned for you by the staff. So yes I give it 5 stars, we love it here.

Can’t wait to go back. My pad was clean and organized as well as perfectly level. The amenities were worth the cost. I used the media room to have a meeting with a few employees. The staff were welcoming and the other guests were very active and pleasant. Highly recommend this location.

The Tides is amazing new, beautiful, clean and most of the staff are very nice. The manager is clueless and detached from the park most have never seen her she's only there due to long term relationship with well we will not go there because her boss is much the same a tool. The activities director is a joke how she's there blows my mind. She does nothing and the park laughs at her. She pushes off events to the residents to do. Because she can't do them worst I've ever seen. All FACTS spent three months there....It's over priced and keeps going up, no shade a lot of bugs. No night time security people have had golf carts and electric bike stold. They keep the gates up at night. The Tides it's self is 👍 other than the under belly. Brad the chef of the food truck is amazing

Inquired about accommodations for next Winter season. Susan was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. The resort is immaculate resort, but according to reviews, has a mosquito and no-seem issue due to the lake.

I have an annual spot here. The amenities and property are like no other campground I've stayed at (having traveled full time for over 4 years, I've stayed in quite a few places now). 2 Pools, real exercise equipment and facilities we can use whenever we want is great. Everyone who stays here is older and very respectful of others. And, for the first time, the WiFi is actually done correctly and works well

We have an annual spot here. So many amenities as well as constant activities. Very high end resort. People are very active here so if you like an active lifestyle thus is the place. Gated and secure.
