Absolutely stunning views! This is a nice quiet location with welcoming and helpful owners. The bathrooms and laundry room and clean and spacious. Beautiful communal fire pit area and bbq grill space. Lovely walking trail and bench to sit and relax at. Would 100% recommend if you’re in the area. They also have propane fill up!

Amazing camp, the host was very accommodating when we let them know we would be arriving late in the evening. Clean, safe, friendly, our dog appreciated the dog run. Only reason for the 4 stars: although warm and immaculate, the women’s bathroom does not have a code to enter. We did not feel comfortable showering knowing anyone could enter.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Views. In fact, I’m sitting outside at the back of the RV now enjoying the view of Sleeping Ute Mountain with my coffee. If you are towing a long RV, double towing or in a motorcoach with tow vehicle, the pull-through sites are the longest I’ve ever seen. The sites are also spacious giving you plenty of room between neighbors. Again, we don’t find this kind of spaciousness very often as it seems most campground owners are trying pack people in. The pull-through sites are not perfectly level which isn’t a problem if you bring levelers or cribbing and was only a slight inconvenience in trying to find a level place to sit outside in our chairs (site 42). Bonus: It’s very, very, very quiet day and night (not because campers are old as a previous reviewer stated but because they’re courteous). There are several early Native American sites to visit in the area (Canyons of the Ancients National Monument). One hour from Four Corners. There are also long walking trails around the campground. It’s off the beaten path which for us was also a plus. Our only regret was that we just booked two days instead of a week. We highly recommend The Views!

Without a doubt, this is a 5 star camping park. We have stayed in many parks throughout the US and this ranks among the best in our experience. The owners - Matt & Wendy - take great pride in making sure their guests have a totally enjoyable experience. This very clean and well managed park is located in a rural area near a town with cute shops and a lovely food market. There are historical sites, mountain bike trails and water features nearby. We WILL return!

We stopped in for the night on our way from Texas to Washington and were really impressed with the cleanliness and amenities here. It really is deserving of all of its 5star reviews! So many nice touches throughout the camp that make it a place that you’d want to go and stay for an extended period. (30 mins from the entrance of Mesa Verde National park and roughly 1 hour to the cave dwellings.) We will be back!

BEST private campground experience ever! Talk about squeaky clean and gorgeous! We LOVED this place you can tell that the owners have worked extremely hard to put into place amenities for their guests that are not only functional but aesthetically pleasing! Even the plantings match the color scheme of grey and yellow! The owners were super nice to talk to and very helpful! From our first point of contact with them via phone, to some texts and then check-in, they were very professional and friendly! The RV sites are 100% clean (raked gravel pads!) and large, most with trees/ shrubs, some with gorgeous views of the mountains! We peaked into the bathrooms and laundry facilities and were blown away! Basically brand new, so clean that it made us want to do laundry! :-) There is also a nice hiking trail around the campground, perfect for a stroll with our dog, as well SUP rentals! A++ for this campground! We’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much! Your guests from VT :-)

Wow! Place is very well maintained and keep up. Lots of amenities..me sure to pack well as the office store doesn't offer much in the realm of food items. Great views of the surrounding area and centrally located for adventure. Sites are a bit small and no personal cp fire pits but you can get loaner fire pits from the office and they offer free wood!

One of the best RV parks we’ve seen. Massive clean, beautiful sites. The owners are amazing too !! They were able to accommodate us when we needed to stay longer. We loved our site #2 nice large site and perfect if you have a dog with you. Dolores is well worth the visit. Bear creek is amazing for hiking and kayaking down at McPhee lake was awesome. Highly recommend this RV park.

This is beautiful park off major highways but conveniently located. Matt and Wendy are very hospitable and the park is kept immaculate. And the views? Well this park is appropriately named. A leisurely walk to the rear of the property you'll see the beautiful mountains. Many sites are also shaded, which was a big plus to me since the ac went out on my new RV.

Matt and Wendy were very friendly and accommodating. We had to add 3 more people at the last minute and we were happy to pay the extra $3 pp. They priced their resort competitively. We had to borrow a 30-50 amp adapter and Matt was very quick to drop it off to us. Again, excellent friendly service. This place was always clean like a proper resort. They really have something special here where the views isn’t the most important but their sites felt like a state park with lots of room in between. Very well thought out and well kept property! Saw cleaning crew a lot. This was the quietest campground we’ve visited. Our small family felt safe in our small travel trailer. Amazing place and we will return.
