We are locals that needed a place to evacuate to in our 5th wheel camper from the Ferris Fire. I chose this place because it was close to home and we could have quick access to our property and still be safe from the fire. I am so very impressed with the service and care staff showed us during our stressful time. What a complete gem of a place! It ended up feeling more like a stay-cation for us and our dog. I will continue to recommend this lovely place to our family and friends that come to visit.

Definitely a very nice RV Park. Nestled in the mountains, with great views. I was greated by Mark upon arrival, who was super friendly and personable. He escorted us to our site and assured we didn't need anything else. There is a nice walking trail that snakes through the property. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful campground! Well maintained, large sites, dog park and some sites with covered tables. I would definitely stay here again - longer next time!

What an incredible campground! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming everything was. The RV sites were spacious and thoughtfully laid out, providing plenty of room and privacy without feeling crowded. The bathrooms, bathhouses, and laundry facilities were spotless and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Every part of the campground reflected the pride the owners and staff take in maintaining the property. Most importantly, this was one of the most peaceful and relaxing camping experiences we’ve ever had. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind and truly enjoy our stay. If you’re traveling through this area of Colorado, this campground is an absolute must-stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Probably one of the quietest and upkept places we have ever been to. The camp cat 😺 greeter, Bentley , made us feel so welcome as soon as we set up our rig. The hosts and helpers were friendly as well. The bathrooms and laundry was so clean and cutely decorated.
