Trash management, bad neighbor hood for kids and children. Office allowings yards and houses to be nasty. MANAGEMENT(NEW WOMEN IN OFFICE) DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING!! THIS allowing workers to walk in houses do mantinence and mow lawns with out letting tenets know to charge crazy fees. Place was great under old ownership, now everyone's trying to get out.

Im glad I sold my trailer and bought a real home.. The Lot rent is outrageous and the roads are torn up! You now have to pay for gravel and since Ralph (rip) isn't here anymore the place has gone down hill. They let anyone move in. There's cat's and dogs running around everywhere and there's trash in a lot of yards. Ralph would never let his park get ran down this bad ever!!!

I've lived here for years now. The lot rent is outrageous the upkeep isn't as good as it used to be. But I'm happy where I am and I'm not bothered much except for the rooster next door.

Lot rent is too high old plumbing throughout the park causing water to be shut off hours at a time and roads are getting shabby lots of trash and broke down cars litter the park

The roads are horriable the water is sometimes yellow and nasty it always has to b boiled. There is always piles of furniture and broke down cars everywhere. The part is old and worn out. The streets flood out. Its very sad they make so much money owning it to have to do nothing but set back and collect
