Sea kayakers… put this business on your list! This is an outstanding venue for kayakers visiting Gros Morne. Safe secure launch… protected shoreline with direct access to Woody/Norris Point. The owner was super helpful in planning / identifying potential routes… pointing out the potential to see tuna/whales in the south arm. 😊👍

Very pleasant staff upon check in and throughout our stay at the campground. The little cafe was great too! Had some delicious iced coffee. Such a beautiful view and a lovely place to stay. Very convenient to many popular hiking trails, just 5-10 minutes away. Definitely reasonably priced especially for that view !

This family-run campground is an absolute gem! Alex and Becky go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, treating guests like old friends. The facilities are spotless, truly some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. With spectacular views and a location that couldn’t be better, it offers easy access to the best hikes and is just minutes from Woody Point’s cafés and restaurants. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Already looking forward to going back!

We had a beautiful two days at Waters Edge. The views were spectacular and we did see a few whales. The place is picture perfect. Alex a true story teller will answer all your questions about where to go and what activities you can do. The place is spotless. We will be returning in the future.

It's a great place to stay in a beautiful location but what sets it apart is the amazing service of the staff. We were treated like close friends or family. The on site cafe was nice and we enjoyed renting kayaks right there. Restroom/shower facilities were clean. Very close to Tablelands, Green Gardens, Lookout hiking trails as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Gros Morne.
