We have a 2007 Tiffin Phaeton that looks really nice but they don't allow campers any older than 10 years old. No matter how well kept it may be. Their loss. We were planning to stay the month.

Ok ,I will try this again. Very, very small camp ground. No bathrooms, No Showers. Picnic tables were nasty. Dog owners need to pick after their dogs. Very quiet during the day and night, as 95% seem to be welders. Go to work, come home, and sleep. Lots of shade. Only one Dumpster at entrance. Not all drive throughs are drive throughs, as there are stumps that need to be removed.

Nice little hole in the wall camper parking lot. Very small tight spaces. I wouldn't call it a camp ground by any stretch of the imagination. Very close to several fast food joints and convenience stores. Do not park on the grass. If you do you will receive a nasty message to move immediately or receive a fine. That is the only interaction I had with any so called staff. No other amenities to speak of but there wouldn't be any room for them anyway. This would be a great place to park your camper while you worked in the area but that's about it.

Objective Overview of the Park: * It is extremely small. Larger rigs will find it difficult to maneuver in and out of the park. On the day we left, a driver mangled the rear of his rig when trying to head out. There just isn't any room at this place. * It is a mudhole. If there is any rain, expect to get your rig, your vehicle, and yourself pretty muddy. * There are no on-site staff or facilities. * I reserved online, but never received a confirmation email with site number or contact information. I called and was given my site over the phone and told that an email would be sent with further instructions. I never did receive an email. * Other campers will park in the only ingress/egress lane available. * Sites are EXTREMELY unlevel! Match this with the no lighting and it makes for a nerve wracking set up attempt. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't experience any issues with noise. I'll be avoiding this place in the future and would advise other large rigs to do the same.

This place is a postage stamp small. However it is in the city and people complaining about it being next to the highway should’ve probably looked on Google Maps before they made the reservation. It’s pretty clear that it’s right in the middle of the city. I’m not sure what people expect here. Having said that, it’s really really small for any trailer over 25 feet. My recommendation to ownership would be to grind out the tree stump between the pull through sites. It’s a danger to all involved. When we arrived, the site that we had selected was way too small for our camper, so I called the number and they did immediately answer and found me another spot that actually ended up being in a really nice spot.
