We moved into the Grove on June 1st, 2017 from Minnesota because we loved how well maintained and beautiful the community was. We have absolutely enjoyed these past 8.5+ years as there were so many activities to be involved in with fellow Grover’s. We have made so many lifelong friends. Everyone in the community looks out for one another and help is always right there available. We left the community to be closer to family but had many tears because of leaving our many friendships made during our time. This a great place to live for any retired individual or couple and we are glad we had this opportunity. A special thank you to Patrick Etheridge and Jessica Fay for working hard to sell our home. We love it here . There's a lot to do always some activities going on..everyone is so nice ..it's like a little peace of paradise. Patric is always so helpful and does a great job here .

Beautiful, friendly staff, neighbors, gated community, always some kinda activities every day club house is gorgeous 2. Basically it has everything u need from gym, pool, billiards rm never a dull moment grounds are manicured 2 perfection to. ❤️

The moment I visited The Grove the first time I knew that one day I would be living here. This place is amazing. The people are wonderful and Patrick Etheridge,The property manager, was very patient with me showing me around to buy and helping me to look for my forever home. I am home❤️

The Grove is a beautiful community with caring residents and management. We unfortunately had to sell our home due to a family situation, but Patrick, the manager of the community, was very helpful and went the extra mile to help make sure our sale went smoothly. I'm sure going to miss this place.

Our trip to The Foley Grove was very unexpected. Patrick was the most gracious, polite, knowledgeable and friendly person. He showed us around the community and bent over backwards to accommodate us and showed us both new and pre-owned homes. The homes are of high quality materials and very well built. The Foley Grove is a friendly and caring community where friendship abounds. Although we were not able to purchase at this time, because of Patrick and the residents of The Grove, we will be back to make it our full time home in the near future.

We have been here in the Grove for 2.5 years and there is no place I’d rather be. Management and the community are true examples of a community united. I just broke both of my ankles and will have to have surgery soon. They were right there to help with getting a ramp ready for me at my home just 2 days after the incident. There are no words for my gratitude! My heart is so full I don’t even have words just tears!
