Perfect location! Very clean and managed extremely well. I’ve stayed there two times in the past but this year it is noticeably better. Love the easy hook ups. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made me and my family feel very welcomed .We’ll definitely be back in the future. Thanks for making my stay such a joy.!🙏

The grounds are well-kept, the sites are level and spacious, and hookups worked perfectly. The amenities — pool, clubhouse, laundry — were all clean and in great shape. Staff and residents alike were super friendly, creating a warm, community vibe that made us feel right at home. 5 stars!

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the well-maintained grounds and beautiful surroundings. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the warm hospitality offered by the staff, particularly the manager, Cory Chase. Cory is doing a phenomenal job managing the resort, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that guests feel welcomed and valued. His dedication to creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere is evident, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. I would never recommend this place even if I was payed to so.This community has a serious pest issue roaches being the most problematic and it doesn’t matter how clean you keep your home and surroundings you will always have a roach issue,so bad it will damage your property.I lived in apartments before and with neighbors that were not so clean yet we never had a pest (roach)issue because the owners of the complex were not cheap and had pest terminators spray the outside and around the buildings to keep the pest at bay.The owners of this community simply don’t care since it isn’t their belongings getting damaged.Also I wouldn’t recommend no one to go out after dark because the owners are so cheap they have solar tea lights for street lighting literally is so dark is creepy and dangerous.Is also boring,the only entertainment you will have is deleting roaches the infestation problem will keep you so busy you won’t have to worry about having fun in this place.I am sure this are just simple complaints compared to other more serious issues you hear from actually believable residents.

I am extremely happy with this place. I’ve always liked it, but now, with the new General Manager (Cory Chase) it’s even better. I believe that Mr. Chase transformed the resort for the better. He leads by example and produces excellent results. His hard work and dedication are noteworthy.

Had a wonderful experience here! Great prices and amenities, Only 15 minutes from Disney and the Front office staff are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I think it's funny this place has good reviews!! I just left there and not one single person was happy with anything about this place!! I went without a working oven/stove for 4 months, no ac for about 3, mold, my house flooded every time it rained. No cable like they said would be provided, pool was closed for 2 months. Packages were signed for by the office and stolen from us. Loud music all the time, speeding so your kids can't just play, broken ball courts, ppl smear actual poop on the walls of the showers. Roaches in the washers and dryers.. it's overpriced and you don't get what you pay for.. think twice before renting from here!

I reserved a 2br trailer at Theme World out here in Davenport last night March 1st, paid the $500 & the lady just called me over 12hrs later telling me that it was a mistake that they were on there & that my reservation was void. Also that it could take up to 14 days to get my deposit back & we have to move out by the 13th!!! Now if that deposit doesn't come back, we won't have the money to rent anywhere else & will be homeless, I have 2 kids & an elderly Veteran Father who I care for... If it wasn't available it shouldn't have been on the site to rent & pay for!!!! THIS IS WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS!!!

Very dirty, loud people, no rules Enforced and anyone is accepted. Trailers very close and very rude people. No concern for people next door. Management just says they are working on upgrades but same junky and loud people get to stay. Find another park because this one is full of rude people and management doesn’t care

Great long term RV Resort. If you are looking for an annual site or a park model rental. There are some vacation sites available.. Nice quiet community!

The new management is amazing! All the girls are always so nice and helpful. Our air conditioning system broke Saturday of Labor Day weekend the office was closed, I left a message hoping someone would at least call me. Within an hour or so Melissa is at my door with a window unit! I couldn’t believe it! Everytime I go to the office for mail Rachel is always smiling and happy. She has helped me get repairs and in using the laundry room. I always had my own washer and dryer and had no idea how to use the machines. I’m so excited for all the changes and improvements that are happening around here, also activities! I am thankful to be living in an amazing place with great management! Thank you!

Thank you changes that are happening inside the park are absolutely wonderful. The new manager I think her name is Melissa is absolutely outstanding, and the one girl in the office she’s the tall blonde, absolutely outstandingly friendly and helpful. Very nice ladies to deal with we are looking forward to getting our trip scheduled after our phone call call
