I spent half of the day in the park walking the trail. It was a beautiful day as I walked alongside the ocean shore. When I reached the beach, I saw a seal resting on top of the big rocks. The campground is beautiful and well-maintained. I would not recommend walking around a semi-barren trail in the wooded area. It's harder to navigate by foot, and the pathway is overgrown and not regularly trimmed. Overall, I enjoyed my walks and the beach. I mark the safe trail in the pictures for future reference.

Great camp spot. The beach areas are absolutely gorgeous. Big sites, clean washrooms, very friendly staff. Dog friendly. Campground admin open until 10pm which is great. The wood we bought was super dry. Very close to Carter's beach and to Keji seaside. Overall would come back again!

A lovely camp site with clean facilities, lovely staff and a beach which is gorgeous. We stayed during hurricane Debby but it was fun with chipmunks making us laugh, peaceful surroundings, hot clean showers and clean toilets, reasonable priced logs for fires too... Bonus! Highly recommended.

At first as we drove into the park we wondered if we were heading into the backwoods. The access road is gravel, and several kilometers long. The campground is pretty bare bones, but most of the sites are treed and there is a reasonable amount of privacy. The washrooms are how to put it nicely.... disgusting and in need of major refurbishment. Cracked and dirty tiles, loose toilets, toilet stall doors that have brocken lock slides etc.... However the redeeming factor, and what makes this park worth visiting is the beaches. Amazing, beautiful and very tranquil. That is if you can make it through the mosquito infested trails. They should look into improving the park, but then I guess that might attract more people and ruin those beautiful sandy beaches.

Great park with plenty of beaches and walking trails! Loved having my morning coffee on the bench at Scotch point! My only wishes would be to have cedar mulch on the tent platforms to help keep the ticks away and full length mirrors in the shower so I could make sure none had bitten me!
