I rented 7919 Hwy 51 in Sterrett, with the pond, 3.5 acres. It's a DUMP, full of mold, busted water heater, poor insulation. If you want a 400 a month power bill, this is your place! If you want bed bugs and roaches, you got it! No maintenance service? You got it! I've got pics and receipts. Dawn Thorton of Chelsea is a SLUM LORD. Stay away from 7919!!

I rented 7919 Hwy 51 in Sterrett, with the pond, 3.5 acres. It's a DUMP, full of mold, busted water heater, poor insulation. If you want a 400 a month power bill, this is your place! If you want bed bugs and roaches, you got it! No maintenance service? You got it! I've got pics and receipts. Dawn Thorton of Chelsea is a SLUM LORD. Stay away from 7919!!

Very clean trailer park. Nice upkeep yards, no junk. Back ground check and no criminal back grounds allowed in. Mostly quite and very well located on back side of chealsea. Actually walkable to Walmart, McDonald's, taco bell etc... lightly wooded area with shades and is allowing some RV parking. Very nice, very strictly run, she has no problem confronting problems and tenants. She don't play, she's strict which is very nice at having a peaceful place to live.
