I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this RV campground was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. The biggest issue here is not the condition of the park, but the attitude and behavior of the owners. They are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in my 4 years of RV living. From check-in, it was obvious that guests are treated as an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We were even warned by neighbors that they are quick to throw people out of the park with no warning. For the price they charge, you would expect at least a welcoming environment — but what you get here is the opposite. VERY OVERPRICED. When issues were brought up, the owners became defensive and combative instead of addressing them. This campground operates with zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero respect for travelers. RV parks should be about community and hospitality, but this place feels hostile and unwelcoming at every turn. In my many years of RV travel, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with campground management. There are so many other parks where your business will actually be appreciated and where you’ll be treated with kindness and professionalism. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to take your money elsewhere. You will thank yourself later. Ps- NOT FAMILY OR DOG FRIENDLY I would say overnight stays are *fine* because the park is in good condition and three forks is such a lovely little town, but I do not encourage anyone supporting these terrible people. PS you will be watched all the time!! Please read the negative reviews of this place- they are correct!

Yes the park is nice and having the market is great for food (full grocery) and alcohol. This is not a place if you have pets. When I checked in I was told that they charge an extra $5 for pets and they are not allowed to potty on the grass. I told the lady that those 2 rules were never explained to me when I booked. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night. No they don't have an actual dog park. They have you take your pet to the edge of the property and go behind the fence along a street. My issue is the house across the street has a pit bull and he was lunging and barking behind his fence but totally scarred our 4 month old pup. I get that they take really good care of their grass and it looks great but they need to disclose that online and when someone makes a reservation. We wont be back.

They allow dogs, but they are not dog friendly. They do not allow the dogs to go on the grass, you have to walk them off the property. The sites are gravel, but they do have some grass. There are only 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is no private area for a dry room for the showers, the bench is out in the room, however you can technically lock the door to the entire bathroom if you needed to. If you have pets, or you aren't there for the competitions at the fairgrounds that is right behind the campsite, I wouldn't recommend it.

Most rude, unfriendly, unprofessional people I have ever met. Owners Rick & Val Lamb should have this park listed as a ‘Senior Only Park’ with two people, no pets. Our daughter and son-in-law came with us, checked in, and was never asked about children or pets. After Rick stood watching us for a while the following day, he approached us and asked who the kids and dog belonged to. We were informed we owed an additional $45, and that Meaghan, the check -in person, NEVER makes mistakes. My daughter was supposed to have told them about the additional kids and dog. How are we to know their rules? I questioned him and was told “I am the owner and those are my rules.” Beware, over 2 people is an additional $5-$10/day, and dogs are $5/day. They say they are family and pet friendly. But there is no playground or play area for the kids. They do not want your dogs to pee on the grass, either. Tell your pets that one. Upon leaving, Rick sat in his pickup, watching every move we made. He immediately checked our spots, for a violation of some sort I’m sure. My son-in-law accidentally left his water filter on the spigot, which Rick took into his shop. My daughter saw all this sitting in her car across the street. After quite an altercation, she was informed the filter was on the picnic table. Rick was not to be found. You are always being watched here. Cameras are on all the buildings. I would not recommend this park to anyone, or to patronize their store at any time.
