Its a great place to live and stay with the on property rentals

Stayed here for a few months, gave a 30 day notice and they wouldn’t pro rate monthly rent which was a waste of money ($300+). Very clean and quiet, management was pretty good. Outside the gates there’s just not much going on. Seems like a good place for northers to come hide from the cold and hang out.

Very clean and quiet. Lots of activities and close to local beaches.The people are friendly and it's a very safe gated community.

This is a beautiful RV Park. Each site has a large shed for storage. The staff are terrific; friendly and helpful. 3 Lakes has enjoyable events and specialty clubs such as card and sewing clubs. There is a good sized swimming pool, pickle ball, dog run; so much to offer!

I Love this place. The employees are friendly and willing to help or answer any questions. The sites are nice and spacious. Affordable, clean and well maintained.

Clean...manicured.. spacious lots.. Nice full time residents that are welcoming. Didn't give it 5 stars because pool is so small for so many lots and no play area for all the children in here. They ride bikes, scooters in the streets.
