We have not had a great experience in the first two days here. We went into downtown Ft Myers for a few hours ony to come back and find our bicycle stolen. The park is not really situated in the best part of town which we had no way of knowing ahead. Noted several homeless people about the area. I will say the park , pool and bathhouse is clean. It is more of a mobile home park than RV park.

It's clean. The mobile homes are old but painted. The whole back row plus some other spots are RV full hook ups. Can't beat the price. Quite a few snow birds come back every winter, so that says alot too! People are friendly...love the heated pool, dog park, clean hot showers. The neighborhood around the park is questionable, but I feel safe inside here. Basically, anything you need is close by. I'm planning to come back next winter!

Its very clear cozy and calm RV Park. Friendly neighbors. Pool and this little quiet haven in the middle of town. It gets an old fashioned 4 Stars.

I have been here for 2.5 months and I really enjoy it. I was very nervous at first because it isnt in a great area, but there is a nice sense of community inside the park that makes me feel safe. Neighbors are all very nice, park is clean and well kept, office staff is very nice and definitely go above and beyond. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area.
