Would not recommend. The rates were cheap. Wifi in the park was so-so. The park was not properly maintained trash just about every. Shower/Restroom was provided but not properly maintained or cleaned. Other restrooms were closed that were closer to our site Flies were horrible. The long-timers that stay in the park had junk/trash piled up around their trailers. They clam to sell coffee/breakfast burrito but nothing was available.

We visited Tico Time Resort in late September, during what their website lists as the “busy season” (through 9/30). Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that. We paid the busy-season rate, but when we arrived the property was nearly deserted. None of the amenities or activities advertised were available, and it was clear things had already shut down for the season. Had we known this in advance, we would have made a different choice with our time and money. The property itself was disappointing. It’s very run down and jenky—it honestly looks like they hosted a giant rave and never picked up afterwards. Equipment, trash, and random items are scattered around, giving the appearance of a junkyard, and the smell of marijuana was present throughout the grounds. It feels like clear misrepresentation of what’s advertised online, and borders on false advertising. If activities are going to close early, guests should be notified and rates should reflect that. Upon making a reservation, we were never advised that everything would be closed. Sadly, we feel misled and frustrated. Based on this experience, we will not return.

This is funny bc there are no rooms as far as i know. This is not a hotel. Its a camping venue for festivals. They are incredibly kind and stand up for their accepting inclusive attitude. Promote sobriety but don't pressure it. The love is tangible, the community is indescribable. Idk about off season but both festivals I've been to 3 years now are beautiful. I always discover new artists. I always feel safe!

The landscape was nice but more trees were needed for shade, it was very hot! Restrooms could be cleaner. I would recommend this place and here is why, they have a beautiful river to fish (no license needed) with areas to paddle board and a place for downhill rafting. They have frisbee golf and a very wide open resort to get your morning hike in. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We’ve been coming to Tico Time ever since they first opened, and it’s been one of our favorite spots for family getaways. While we’ve always loved the park for its fun atmosphere and beautiful setting, it’s been awesome to see how much it’s improved over the years. From last year to this year, the updates have been incredible. The park is so much cleaner and well-maintained, and the new slide is seriously the best I’ve ever seen — my kids can’t get enough of it! Every visit is packed with swimming, camping, and fun activities that keep everyone entertained. If you’re looking for a great place to camp, swim, and make memories, I highly recommend Tico Time. It’s a blast for the whole family, and it just keeps getting better!
