This place is stunning! Fun activities going on all weekend, but you dont have to join in if you dont want to! There's rv sites, permanent sites, and we stayed at a rustic camping site. No water or electric at the rustic site, but yes on the rv. There 2 ponds, one for swimming one for fishing, and a petting zoo with donkeys! The bathrooms are SO CLEAN and have showers for 8mins for 25 cents!! My favorite part is how dark it gets at night! There are perfectly areas all over the grounds that photographed the open sky really well! Only question is can I rent a seasonal tent site 😂🤣 I'll be there every weekend lol

Our camping experience was wonderful! Timber Trails was a lovely, quite, very well maintained campground. We had a beautiful, spacious site that looked out onto a charming lake. I can honestly say that it was the best campground I have stayed at in all our travels. Our hosts were helpful, kind and thoughtful of our needs. We loved it and will be returning next year.

Incredible place to camp. Super clean amenities, great activities in a contained area so you’re not running from one end to another. It’s nice to be able to watch your kids from a neutral location-one could be by the animals, one on the playground and another on the bounce pad and you can see them all. The swimming pond, fishing pond and yard game area are great as well. Eddie and Jen are incredibly hard working and willing to do anything for you. Will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Algoma. Thank you for the hospitality.

We loved this campground. The family who owns it is wonderful and they have several friendly animals including goats, donkeys, a horse, a peacock family, and more. We could have hung out with the animals for hours, they were so adorable! The restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. We stayed during the week so it was really peaceful and serene, although apparently weekends are busy for them. There is a small store, a rec room with arcade games, a pool, a swimming pond, an inflatable jumping thing, a playground, and more. I hope to camp here again in the future.

Timber Trails is an amazing campground. Sites are nice size and well groomed. Our site by the pond was scenic with amazing sunset views. Location is ideal for so many activities. Campground is right off the Ahnapee Trail, within 5 minutes of Olsen Park for kayaking and only miles south of Door County. Plus Algoma has so much to offer. Can't forget the great owners! We feel so welcome here. Can't wait to come back!
