I lived here for 2 Years. From 2021-2023. It was Amazing when we came here from Out of State. Management changed Approx 3 times. Please be aware. WATCH OUT FOR MAINTENANCE! I legitimately caught these guys entering my rental weekly. They were more concerned about my 20 lb Bulldog than the long list of repairs. My place was In perfect shape and cleaned when I moved. Parking was always difficult. Cats are everywhere. I finally put Cameras up an I was Shocked and sickened that they can enter without anyone home. The maintenance team was very dishonest and I caught them in lie after lie. This was what drove my family to leave and purchase a house. Best decision I have ever made. In a a way I should thank these people for Entering without permission. Do Not RECCOMEND...

They're harassing tenants and making up rules for power trips. We tried to play around and rough house in the middle of the pool. They said it's agents the rules when it never shown in the rules list.

Wanna be HOA. Fly infested during the warmer months. Whether you own or rent, they like to keep a revolving door here, you’ll definitely notice when you’ve outstayed your welcome regardless how great of a tenant you are because at the end of the day they’re just money hungry. Also; Dont pay for the included lawn service, when they tear up your siding the office will force you to fix it yourself or leave- less headache to just mow your lawn even if they’ll forcefully mow it with charges if you don’t cut it down to the dirt. XOXO 🫶🏻

This place is a dumpster fire! Run! They wont fix shit..Everything is your fault...Rent is $100 more then the other nicer parks down the street...We tried so hard to make this a home but they try even harder to make it feel like your living in some sorta housing for the homeless...Greed of this place is on another level...Do your research...You have 2 other trailer parks on 29th.Both have new lots with more room and cost less..RUN,RUN,RUN! Look at the reviews of this place! RUN,RUN,RUN

We lived in Timberland 4 years. It was always kept very clean and felt safe. Our favorite thing was the pool, It was always very clean and well taken care of. If we ever needed any kind of maintenance, It was taken care of very quickly. They would come and change our filters every few months and check to make sure everything was working. Rae was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. There were many fun activities for the kids during holidays and sometimes just for fun. We recently moved out-of-state, and miss our home in Timberland. We are renting again and it has made us appreciate the office at Timberland even more.
