Was a walk-in customers with my wife and everyone was very helpful and courteous to include the Midwest gentlemen that walked us through the boats operation etc. This was our first boat rental and while the half day rental price was reasonable they added on a “damage waiver” that was $49, non refundable and a waterproof map that, if lost, cost $15. All in all a very nice day and experience.

Spent a few days in a cabin the week before labor day and it was excellent!! The cabin was very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. The view, well priceless! I Highly recommend and I can't wait to go back!!

I’ve been coming here for 40+years, and I love the resort and the marina. This year our family rented a pontoon for two days, and the boat was ready for us in the morning and the staff was helpful and friendly each day. As a non-boat owner, it was a great way to enjoy the peace and beauty of the lake and good value for our family. Definitely recommend!

My family and I were visiting and looked up a local place to grab some food after a long day on the lake. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful but the food did seem to take awhile to come out, the only consideration is we had 10 people in our group. I got the chicken wings and it was the first time I received wings with the sauce on the side rather than covered but they were still decent. Another small complaint was we ordered a chicken sandwich with the smallest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen on a chicken sandwich, it was more like a chicken nugget but the manager took 50% off the person’s meal which was appreciated. Overall good experience.

What a beautiful place to go. The view off our balcony was perfect. The fresh air and sunshine were great. The cabin we stayed in was very clean. It looked as though it had just been recently painted. We ordered lunch from the restaurant the food was very good and was reasonably priced. The only thing I might suggest is the couch in our cabin when sat on. You feel like you fall to the floor. Its pretty much seen its better days. We spent most of our time outside so it wasn’t a huge deal though. We will 100% be back.

This is a great marina with plenty of parking and an easy area to launch your boat. Multi gas pumps and very friendly staff in the office. I didn't try the food offered up, but it looked good and a lot of people were there grabbing a quick bite before going out.

We had an awesome time on the lake today. Rented a pontoon and had a wonderful time. The ladies behind the reservation desk were absolutely wonderful to us. I highly recommend taking a look at this place and enjoying your day on the water

The Hard Dock Cafe was amazing! Great food, music, and a bar. On the weekends they have a live band performance from 6-10 if weather permits. So so so much fun! Highly recommended!!

We had such a great time renting pontoons from the Tims Ford Marina over the fourth of July this year. The staff was extremely friendly, the food at the restaurant was great after a long day on the water, and the facilities were clean and up to date. There was an air compressor in the back that we used to blow up floats, the shop had a lot of options for snacks, beer, swimming noodles, and ice - great for last minute boating needs. The boats are in great condition. We got good instructions on how to use them and what the procedures were on the water and for returning it back at the end of the day. My only negative feedback was that there was NOT anchors on the regular pontoons, we made that assumption. We had to constantly move the boat when swimming or push it around. After getting out on the water, I called to ask about anchors and they said that they loose too many because the water is so deep, people do not return them, and they don't have any to give us if we came back. If they were an option for purchase, we would have easily spent the money to have one for convenience. The double decker pontoon was an absolute blast. TONS of space compared to the regular pontoon. Would definitely recommend the upgrade to anyone. This boat did come with one anchor, but we were glad we brought a friends anchor with us this day out on the boat.
