My boyfriends mom lives in the park. It is always clean and quiet no matter what time I have visited. And the community there is nice.

We were so lucky to have met Mr Jack and Mrs Sara. We are staying here and it is wonderful,Mr Jack cares for the park and always ready to answer any questions. The site is well taken care of ,there are concrete spaces by each site ,the hookups are very well situated ,the trash can is well taken care of and the trash is picked up on time . Our dogs love it here also. It is just 8 minutes from fort Campbell's base, which is a great plus for my active duty husband. There are plenty of restaurants , Walmart neighborhood store is only 3 min away. The Laundry room at the park is very clean and VERY AFFORDABLE ,VERY!!!! We just feel blessed to be able to be here . And just a special thanks for such a caring hosts /managers like Mr Jack and Mrs Sara.

I’ve been here the last 2 1/2 months for work and it’s a great place! Management is very polite, helpful and keeps the park in great shape. Quiet place besides the busy noisy road, ( definitely not their fault) all in all great set up and decent price! 10 out of 10 will recommend

Have a friend here she likes it. The managers are very nice about things and understanding. However, there are rules. The laundromat seems exceptionally clean, neat and tidy mail area. Nice location to go groceries get gas and to Ft Campbell.

When we were looking for a long term place for my brother to live we looked at apartments, trailer parks and a couple RV parks. We drove through those places and Tiny Town RV park several times at different times of the day and night. The other places seemed sketchy at times. Tiny Town RV always felt safe and friendly! My brother moved his camper into the spot and has lived there for 2 years. This park is friendly, helpful, safe and like a fabulous community. Tiny Town is a busy road, but once you get into the park it is like being into a different place! This is the best place ever!!!!

Great RV park, the owners work very hard keeping everything looking nice. They help you get set up and treat you like family. I recommend this RV park to anyone looking for a safe secure location to park.

Tiny Town RV: Mobile home park that facilitates pass through and long term RV tenants. BLUF: Good for long term occupancy. Avoid for overnight stays and look elsewhere if your looking for a camp ground experience. The Good: The location to amenities, proximity to base combined with reasonable rates is what attracted us here originally. There is on site pay for laundry and they include power/ water/ trash and even a mailbox in the rent fee. Internet services are readily available and the landscaping is nearly always kept clean. Sheds and exterior decorations are usually approved for added luxury. Depending on where you park there can be great views and abundant shade to enjoy while you bird/ squirrel watch. The Bad: Location to Tiny Town rd offers harsh road noises and lots of looky lues/ odd balls walking thru your site. The front lot versus back lot of the park nearly seem like two different parks altogether (back lot is way better). Aging trees tend to drop some large branches during wind storms (trade off for shade) And the other tenants will largely keep to themselves (except when they want to complain behind your back) The sense of community and similar interested people you usually find in campgrounds is marginally present here, best to keep to yourself if you stay here. Extra guest and visitors will be scrutinized and the guests can be charged stay. You can only wash your rig once a year ( yet they judge you on how clean your site presents) and no car washes or kiddie pools. The Ugly: The owners have employed their daughter and son in law to manage the park. This enables what seems to be mommy - daddy games between old tenants (who can call the owners ) and the managers. The managers get undercut and the owners who live out of state dictate what they are not present to judge. The numerous rules the park has are selectively followed and scrutinized when its convenient. The managers pass judgment and will find ways to deny stay to aging rvs or occupants that don't meet their standards. These people are profit driven and lack the social skills to address concerns, disagreements or discontent in a respectful way. If you know who they are you can find their one star reviews on every competitors page in the area- despite never staying there; nor the fact they don't have an RV or know the first thing about them. :-) this should let you know what type of people they really are.. MILITARY BEWARE. Disclaimer: After 1 year, our lease renewal was denied because our dog was off the leash outside our unit (shes perhaps the sweetest most obedient dog you'll ever meet)

Some of the Nicest people I've met in our 3+ years on the road. Spacious lots, well kept modern reasonable laundromat on site.
