I haven’t stayed here yet, but I did call to reserve a spot. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone seemed quite unhappy and was noticeably short and irritated during the call. My wife and I travel full-time, so we understand if things like lawn maintenance or restroom availability aren’t perfect. However, customer service is fundamental. I hope her day improves, and that future interactions are more welcoming. I will mark this on my map as a 'no thank you!'

My husband and I stayed at TN 40, while I was working at Vanderbilt. This place is a gem! We really enjoyed our stay and met so many amazing people. Kim, the owner, is an amazing person. She is kind, so helpful and a wonderful human! Melanie, in the office, is awesome! We enjoyed this quiet park. The laundry facilities and the pool, are very nice. We are sad to leave, and hope we can stay again!

This place was great! Awesome staff, even helped me set up my camper!!!! Had everything you didn't know you need! The washateria on site was awesome They have a nice and clean pool. A super nice get together area where everyone seems to come together and do a cookout 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody and we'll get my business every time I go up the Tennessee

I can say i have been here about 4 years and never once had any issues. That may be because Kim the owner does not tolerate riff-raft as she shouldn’t.As long as you pay your site fee and have a neat site, you will have no problems, but if you are a heathen don’t come here you will hate it. All the neighbors I have had in this time have been great. We have cookouts and play our guitars around the fire. Most people are inside by 9 because we work and have to rest and it’s super quiet here. We are always helping one another also. Kim shows her appreciation a lot in the summer and has cookouts for everyone and provides a jump house for the kids to enjoy. As long as you are not a heathen try it i think you will like it.

Our stay here has been great! The staff is very helpful, from the ladies up front to the maintenence workers. The pool is nice in the summer as well. They throw parties for all the holidays with food and fun stuff for kids too. And they don't complain about every little thing like some places in the area do. What baffles me about some of the negative reviews on here is that they say it seems unsafe. Everyone that I've met here has been so nice. Everyone tries to help each other out as much as possible. I've never felt unsafe while in the park. My 5 ft, 100 lb fiance is totally fine there. I think the people saying those things are very judgemental or have had very sheltered lives. Is it 100% perfect? No. Nowhere is. But it's fairly priced and in a great location. And out of everywhere we have stayed in the area it's definitely the best.

This was the most unsightly Rv park we have ever stoped at. A lot of permanent ran down trailers and charging 65.00 per night is very high for winter months. I would only stay again as a last resort.

After many thousands of miles and dozens of RV parks traveling around the country, this was, by far, the worst RV park I've stayed at. Not only do they charge 50% more than any other park I've stayed in, the men's bathroom and showers near me were disgusting, the worst I've experienced so far. One positive was that both the lady behind the desk and my one neighbor were very friendly, which is why I gave it two stars instead of only one.. Even with that, I don't recommend staying there.

Shower house is nice , road to close to campers. No sleep . For traffic needs to be a curfew or a gate with code lock . Security guard Patrol

They have actually cleaned this place up SO much!!! A few years ago this was not a place you'd want to ve5 past dark nor a place you would want your children and I can honestly say that you can do both of those things now! It's also very quiet and they stay on top of everything! Would definitely recommend! Don't let it's past deter you!
