Very disappointed in this campground. Arrived on Sunday to find there was noone to check us in. When we received our email confirmation why didn't it say that? What about codes for the bathrooms and showers? We called to get them. Again, why not put in email? Tried to get propane for our RV. No propane fill up on Sunday. Guess that couldn't be put in the email either. Tried to get propane on Monday.. Guy said he'd come out as soon as he got off the phone.. 20 minutes later, still waiting. One of the service guys told him we were waiting. Now he's with a customer and will be busy awhile. Aren't we a customer? Finally drove to Tractor Supply. No picnic table. Website says all spots have picnic tables. No dumpster for garbage! Supposedly there's one behind the collision center. Really? None in campground. Ridiculous! Will not recommend or stay here again.

Camped on the river side of the campground! The campground was nicely kept up and nice views. The cafe was nice to eat breakfast. Not a place to camp with toddlers though. The playground was not nice at all (no ladders included to get to the slide) and the monkey bars were all flimsy! We brought a kid style pool for the kids to use. A golf cart with several campground staff came to our site and explained that we were not to have a pool at the campground. Then she followed up with all children are to have clothes on!!! My toddlers are 3 and 2 and were in swim diapers! I could have accepted the made up “no pool” policy but there was no need to mention that the kids had to have clothes on! We requested a copy of the campground rules and were told they would get them to us however we never received any rules! No pool or nice facilities for children! Just a heads up!

My mother and I visited Camping World campgrounds in Marion, NC. My parents stayed there often and loved it. Since my father recently passed, we decided to do a memorial trip to honor him. This was one of his favorite places. They have great RV spots with all the hookups, super clean facilities that include showers and laundry, a cute Cafe for breakfast and lunch most days, and the most amazing manager, Ashley. She was so knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be back!

The campground is very clean, with several bathouses, a restaurant, playground, and RV service and sales center. The roads are paved. The campground is divided into two parts. The newer part is where the RV service center and restaurant is. All sites are paved and have concrete slabs and are full hookup with 50 amp. Sites do not have fire pits, bit you can use a raised fire pit at your site. The sites in the older area of the campground (the rally park) are grass. All sites offered full hookup. The Wi-Fi does not connect well and there is no cable tv. An antenna only picks up a few stations. Very quiet campground.
