Absolutely horrible place to live, it's noisy and lots of animals run rampant. People blaring music and their trucks all night. The land owner has a serious attitude problem and will kick you out for nothing leaving you stranded. I felt very unsafe while I was there, several times someone tampered with my things. It is also way too expensive, the laundry room and bathrooms aren't kept up very well. The land owner allows children and dogs in the bathrooms to just completely destroy it. The landowner will also not allow you to call 911 for emergencies or He said He will evict whoever has the police out. One of my family members died out there and it's still under investigation. Do yourself a favor and look past this one!

Awesome little campground with a nice pond beside it, and the lake/river less than a mile away. It's super quiet. Close enough to town to feel connected, yet far enough away to feel the coziness of country living. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because they don't have wifi.
