We rented a cabin to celebrate a graduation back then and have followed with many great day trips. Trams to the beach and beach wheelchairs! Update: The owl nest seen this past winter had an eagle in it today! (May 2, 2021)

We came during COVID so the pool and shuttle was shut down. The bath house for our area was too and these reasons why we gave it 3 stars. Park is beautiful with flowers and a pond and roomy. All spots are concrete. Went and looked at the tent sites out of curiosity (we used their bath house) and they were nice and private. Beach is pretty far so we know why they have a shuttle but we hiked it just to stay busy. Great location and it isn't in a loud tourist area but is a short distance from it all if that's what you're wanting. Oh and there's a coffee shop on the premises!
