For those who prefer land-based activities, the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail (LOST) offers miles of paved and gravel paths for hiking and cycling atop the herbivorous levee. Birdwatching is also a top-tier activity here, as the area serves as a habitat for diverse species, including Everglade Snail Kites and various herons.

Terrible customer service by the manager by the name of Cindy! Tried to make a reservation and she was very rude! Computer system is out date and she would not take new address and was very condescending! We have full timed for 5 years and have never dealt with someone like her! Would never stay there as long as she is employed there.

It's a very small town with not much to do but get your peace and quiet. Perfect little place. And very clean. Watch out for alligators!

Great experience, beautiful, well kept campsites. Bait and tackle shop is right next door as well as a boat ramp. Great for fishing. Caught bass, catfish and talopia. Will definitely go back. Oh, and plenty of gators.

Stayed with inlaws. Such a peaceful very clean place. Wish we had more time. Lots to do or just relax and enjoy the time.

We love this campground and will return again if we are ever in this area again. It fairly quiet in a beautiful setting with plenty of activities to enjoy. We could have done with a little less smoke from the sugar cane fields but it is what it is. Thank you so much for maintaining such a nice park.
