We moved in Oct 2025, rent for space is reasonable, very clean property, neighbors that stay are friendly. Everyone pretty much sticks to themselves. Haven't had any issues, propane company comes by to fill tankes every 2 weeks or so. Close enough to the freeway, sometimes you hear it but doesn't disrupt your stay. Your less than 5 minutes from the stores or even the freeway to get to Corpus. Would recommend the pool but we haven't had a chance to get in (weather). Amazon drops off here as well, one central location to pick up your items. Owners take their dogs out and clean up after them, there isn't a dog park, but there is a field behind some of the Rv's, and they run around over there. Our last place we were at over 2 years, hopefully this will be much longer stay.

Great park - easy access from fwy. Very nice man who checked us in. Once we called, we primarily did everything via text. They have a nice pool. We are only here for one night. We plan on returning when we leave South Padre. Highly recommend this stop.

Country as hell. Host couple are absolute darlings. Make you feel like family. Good laundromat. Gathering area with cooking facilities. Pool. Gated. Very very quiet. Mathis has all you need. Grocery, food, DG, gas vendors. 34 miles from corpus. We stay here when working for the peace and security. Been here 4 months. No complaints

Stopped here for a night. The location is easy to find and access. We arrived after hours and had a code to enter. Our pull thru spot was easily large enough to handle our 45' 5th wheel with room to spare. Hook ups were easily accessible, and water pressure was good. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was for being right off the hi-way. I would definitely stay here again. Park host was very kind and friendly and the park is pretty clean, although there are many full timers staying there and sometimes that adds to clutter. Trees could use some trimming so if you have a tall rig, be mindful. Keep this place in mind, it's a nice, quiet place to stop and rest or stay for a while.

Great place to stop for the night. Hosts were amazing. They moved us to a bigger site to accommodate our rig and trailer and even came to check that we got set up all right. Quiet even though it is near highway. Good wifi and cell service. We did not use pool or nice laundry facilities. Will definitely stay here again. We stayed in a 45’rv with a trailer and truck.
