Only getting 2 stars for friendly staff. We will never stay here again. Sorry to say that. But I-5 is so noisy you can’t talk to each other. But than there’s train tracks on other side that is worse. Many trains a day. Cant believe it shakes the rv. Ok just close everything up and turn up the tv !! But then I noticed brown water. Cant understand who checked us in never told us. Can’t believe they charged us $73 a nite. Never stayed or paid that much $$ for an RV park that has brown water !!!! So sad

My family planned a trip to this toutle river in may We reserved 3 rv slots For September 26 through the 28th 3 families 6 children. Checked in Friday around 1 PM everything was good filled out the policy forms the lady at the check-in desk was kind courteous helpful she forgot to mention though that there was a Watermain break so we go to set up get everything set up we’re hanging out nobody actually use the water at first but Around 4 o’clock we will Realized the water was brown I went back to the office it was closed. So we use water bottle for the night the next morning we woke up and there was no water at all. The maintenance guy said a Watermain had broken, which was never reported to us At check in so we can have make other arrangements we had children. We ended up, shortening our trip and leaving that Saturday morning. I have Been trying to call the office for two weeks to get some kind of compensation and they won’t return our call will never stay at this place again worst experience ever.

A short drive north of Longview, and there is this huge camping and RV park, with a LOAD of things to do and a lot of green spaces tall trees. It's a beautiful area, with a river just south of the park. This place has a ton of stuff to do. Horseshoe pits, disc golf course, basketball, pool & spa, large Playground, BBQs, Smoke House for smoking foods, many Fire pits at many of the camp sites and in communal areas, and s few areas with very large fire pits. In the general store, they have basketballs, volleyballs, horseshoes, discs for disc golf... All the things you would need to play any of the games that are in the park. There is a VERY large covered area with a large (30' steel awning or roof and concrete floors. When we were there we had multiple wrestling mats, and a pickleball court set up under it with room to spare. There's a small general store onsite, The general store has some RV equipment, cold drinks and ice cream, candy, snacks, soft serve ice cream, a machine for hot coffee, other food items, equipment to play sports at the facilities they provide and more. In front of the general store there is a machine where you can buy bagged ice up to 20 lb, and get filtered water to refill bottles. Before you get to the general store there is a propane station. There are a couple of indoor rooms at the general store to watch a movie, etc., there is a selection of movies to watch in the store. There is a large indoor rec room by the store and the pool, that room has a food prep area and multiple bathrooms. MANY camping and Rv spaces with full hookups. I saw a sign that said they have yurts, but I never made it down that way. There is an outdoor bbq & prep area, the campground set up a large awning over the top when we used it so that it would be covered. Next to that is an outdoor eating area, with a roof and concrete floor, it also has a large island about 10' long and counter space that goes all the way around the island providing about 18" deep of counter space on each 10' long side and about 3' long ends. There are about 10 picnic tables under the covered dining area. There are BBQs everywhere, many Fire pits, in the campsites and large community fire pits near the disc golf. We used the large fire pit near the outdoor kitchen, to make s'mores for a large group. That fire pit is about 6' across and about 30" tall at the rim ALSO in that area there is YE OLD SMOKE HOUSE it's a smokehouse the size of a walk-in closet. It has multiple grated shelves and a place for woodfire below. We had a large group for a wrestling camp... They cleared an area for us of camping sites that had not been used in a long while, I believe before the new owners took over, many of of us were tent camping, others had RVs and trailers. The biggest problem I'd say, the area that we stayed in was along the west the fence, there is a train track with freight trains that go by every 30-90 minutes, even a few times through the night. The trains sound of their horn 2x as they pass because there's a crossroad nearby. I needed earplugs or else I'd wake up multiple times a night to a train 100' away blaring its horn. 😵💫 If you are not near the west fence, the sound isn't a problem. It's not even noticeable if you are in the middle or east side especially if you are indoors. The staff onsite were VERY friendly and helpful. Wendy, Katie and Chris were sincerely kind and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

I am not one to leave reviews however after I read the reviews I was so nervous about our stay. When we arrived at the campground we noticed how well the trees were manicured (yes the grass was brown, its July it happens) the grass was still short. Our site was level, easy access and no issues with hook ups. Our water was clear with no smell. We opted not drink it but was able to wash dishes and shower. The pool was green, when we checked in the gal working let us know that. The hot tub was working. Everytime we had contact with campground employees we had no issue, they were kind and honest which I appreciated! I-5 and the trains can be heard but that is also made aware during booking. The only issue we had was other campers walking through our site by our RV.

My stay here has been amazing. I highly recommend this park. Wendy the lady who runs this place is amazing. She genuinely takes her job serious and cares about the park and puts a lot of effort into keeping this place maintained well and making sure customers are happy. Wendy has been the person that has kept me here and has made my stay great for me and my children. All around the spark has improved tremendously over the few months I've been here. I highly recommend the experience here. They have saunas pools hot tubs clean washer and dryer areas and an awesome River to visit. The even host awesome events from time to time.

Well maintained. Friendly people. Keeping groups small at the pool and hot tub. Store onsite has supplies and a good price on beer. Propane available. It is between I-5 and busy train tracks. So there is some noise. We were able to easily get a next day site for 10 days. The pretty town of Castle Rock is nearby for services.

All staff was very nice and helpful. Very Nice place to stay, clean facilities. Laundry all update machines. The pool look refreshing. The only problem (which they were actually honest and I was forewarn about) the trains that are right against and alongside the park. It seems that is a main corridor they come by regularly at all hours and always blow the horns. Also, There are regular tenants, which is fine but they came across to me as " angnes's", if you know what I mean. Other then that great park to stay at.
