Nice area for sportsman, very gravely, nice campground store. Not really the koa standards that koa is known for. Although good for a night or two.

What an amazing and nice KOA campground, and the people that work in the store are absolutely wonderful! We stayed there for the first time recently, and we had such a great time! We were trying out our new trailer, and we ended up in the best spot too! The store has most everything you need, and we visited it at least 10 times on the full day we were there. It's right down the road from the boat launch on canyon ferry lake, and they are so friendly! They even have a bunch family games you can borrow for free! We played ax throwing, gigantic connect 4, and corn hole, but there was a lot more like lawn darts and other stuff. The blonde lady that I didn't get her name, was so nice! And my friend Sue, from the Mint, she works there too, and it was wonderful! They even lent us a bbq so we could make dinner! And they drove it to our site! Really, it's hard to imagine them being any more accommodating to our family! Good job KOA! We will be back!

The California owner does not tell you that she does not PRORATE so if you leave early or arive in the middle of the month, you still pay for a full month .in my book that is theft !! Another thing that is bad is the water , I could not drink it, it was very bitter and smelled bad. And 1 more thing she charges $ 50.00 that is non refundable for what she calls micro trash, cigarette buts, gum, bottle caps ect basically it is just 1 more way she steals your hard earned cash.

KOA sure has lowered its standards. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Rude service and the park is very rundown. Full of weeds and super dry. Seemed very expensive for the experience. Maybe this part of the state is just overpriced. On a positive the bathrooms were clean. We will not be back.

One of the BEST KOA’s I have stayed at and the views with the lake, the mountains, the sunrises and sunsets, the pronghorn and rabbits hopping around, it will not disappoint. The owners and staff made you feel at home.

this was the third KOA I stayed in as a new RVer they helped me out so much in explaining tips and tricks on how to be an RVer. Thank you so much will continue to stay at KOAs throughout my journey.

It's a good, all around, camping place. RVs, fifth wheels, boating kayaking, or just a tent and a sleeping bag. Full facilities and a great little store. The Silos Restaurant/Bar/ is a quarter mile up the road. The town of Townsend is 2 miles to the South. Nice little town. There's an absolute Jewel of a Steakhouse a few miles north on the highway.

Front desk/check in ladies were always a delight when coming in. The little store had a lot to offer, even a little library! The campground and bathrooms were always clean. KOA is pretty close to the lake - a quick 2 min drive. Everything about this campground was just perfect for a one last camping trip before the end of summer. 10 out of 10 would recommend to my family and friends.

We just spent three days here with some family from out of state. Rented two cabins. Had a great stay. Lake is close, there is also a marina which is really convenient. The store in the KOA office is stocked very well. The staff is friendly and Debbie is great. The bathrooms are super clean which is the most important for me and my family (they clean them multiple times a day). The cabins were very clean, had a Keurig and mini fridge, and toaster. Even a propane grill. They come around and pick up your garbage bags which is really nice too. We just really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and accommodating. Tons of lake to play on, too. There are small areas for improvement but you can tell they are working very hard on it. We will certainly be back.
