Do not recommend this rv park or the market at that. The spaces are very close to one another. The showers, restrooms, and laundry were all not working. If you need the restroom you had to go across to a different trailer thing with a code to use. Lucky most trailers have toilets these days. It was expensive and the pool was dirty both days second day was worse. Won't stop here again.

Only giving an extra star because the confirmation email, sent weeks later, the day I left home, and the day before my arrival, said bathrooms closed. No wonder I missed it until I got here needing a shower asap for an event. On our last night storms rolled in and guess what, no shelter because bathrooms are locked. So pray we make it through tonight- we should scrape by as forecast calls for worst to go north, but we are very upset that they are not upfront about it. Otherwise, it is a very lived in park with crowded streets, but the pool looked clean but small. We are very much not picky with our parks, but a bathroom is basic on many levels.

Dump. It's next to/ attached to the flea market which is good and bad. Free entry to the market, but then the market goers have free access to your campsites as well. The water pressure fluctuates from 20-50 PSI, especially on the weekends due to the market being open, it seems. Laundry is reasonably priced. The pool is more of a duck pond, with resident ducks included. Disappointed with the entire experience. Our site was obviously a former long term site, with a very wobbly (dangerous) paving stone sidewalk, neighbours within arms' reach on both sides, and a cargo strap holding a large tree branch up out of the way (no, really! See picture). Can't say anything good aside from our neighbours and the location. Stay elsewhere and be happy. $60/night is a complete rip off.

I love this place!! The staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate you. Everything is clean, including the small laundry room. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a stay in Texas. The location is great as well, near both Fort Worth and Dallas, with Six Flags nearby. If you are here on a weekend, check out the Farmers Market as well.

It's a nice, quiet and well kept RV Park. Alot of big, tall shade trees. Security is great too. They are always driving around the park, monitoring.

This place isn't fancy but it has all the basics for a good stay. The nice people who run it are very accommodating. One nice benefit is Trader's Village next door.

Great for a quick stop on our way through to Tennessee from West Texas. Friendly lady at check in and spots were clean and easily accessible. Would love to stay there longer and enjoy what all the park had to offer.

Our 2nd visit and it is great, everything you need to live here on site. Good wifi for TV and in town for cell service. This location has all your needs for as long of a stay you ever need. Propane refill station, fuel station, a store, hair shop, laundry mat, showers and restrooms. Not to mention, one of the biggest flee markets around and it's 2 days of walking and shopping. Has water, power and sanitation too. Like I said. If you need it, it's on site or very close. Great rates and good folks.

My husband and I have really enjoyed staying here. This is our 2nd time staying here. We came in on a whim and they had spaces available, but it was on Mon,Tues,Weds. We have been told weekends get busy since there's a marketplace next door on the weekends. We enjoy how close the park is to resteraunts and grocery stores. We enjoy the tree covered concrete spaces. It's not a new park but they upkeep it rather well. Of course some things need work but we don't mind because it's clean and safe. The staff has been very nice and the residents are qiuet and mind their business. We were worried as an American Black couple because there is a resident with a confederate flag flying. But he has been to himself. I am from VA where the confederate flag is extremely common so I'm not too bothered. My husband is from AZ and isn't used to seeing it, so at first he was nervous but there has been zero issues and everyone here has been kind and welcoming. We believe everyone is entiltled to their beliefs even if we don't think/feel the same. We really enjoy staying at Traders and feel it's a great value and nice stay!
