This is an RV park. It was right next to the freeway but still relatively quiet. The facility was nice enough, if a little older. The shower was hot, good pressure, but could've been cleaner. The staff was ambivalent about our presence but our interaction was about 2 minutes. It was chosen for it's proximity to the Ferry(about five minutes drive) and in that respect is was good. Neighborhood was iffy. Site was clean with hookups that worked(watch your water pressure). If you have to take a trailer near San Francisco from the east, this a decent option

We arrived without a reservation, as the office was closed and there were enough free spaces. We called the number listed at the reception and the girl was very unkind and explained that without a reservation it was not possible to stay. Even though we said we were already here and it was late and we would be happy to pay in the morning they arrived, she was very rude and unfriendly and refused.

There are only rv parking north San fran area and south of San Jose. We were glad to get this location on our way to Monterey. Good rest rooms and laundry and cable. Seems safe.

Small RV park in a less than desirable area in Vallejo. You MUST make on line request for reservations even for an over night stay. The office is staffed , but for minimal and somewhat unpredictable hours. Office staff has no access to make reservations or even to provide bathroom lock codes. When we arrived the staff said we should have received our site number in the confirmation email, which we received but it did not include site. We emailed for bathroom codes and did receive those relatively quickly. Surprisingly, the bathrooms were clean. There are not many short term RV parks in the bay area, and we have not yet found one that is desirable. If you need an overnight stay, Tradewinds is OK, but if you can stay further out, you may be better off

I had been at this RV park and would have provided a better review until recently. On 1/19 (per video), a homeless individual had broken into my trailer and stole Most of my belongings. I was out of town at this time, but returned on 1/21 to find this out. I had notified the office. I had told them I was concerned and was going to stay at a hotel, as it looked like someone was staying in my trailer. On 1/22, I received a call from the office at 10am asking if I had left the park. (I was In Sacromento having breakfast with a friend). I had told them no. They informed me that my trailer had been stolen. The park was kind to help find at retrieve my trailer from 4 individuals that had stole it. I was told that day that they would figure something out regarding my rent because I was displaced. When the cops arrived later that day staff was out of the office and unable to get the video of the trailer being stolen. I waited at the office to chat with them but they didn’t return for the day even though they had posted open office hours. 4-5 residents were also waiting for the office to reopen but it never did. On 1/24, attempted to go to the office and inquire if the police were able to get the video. The office assistant wouldn’t looked up from her phone and stated “I wasn’t here that day, and I am leaving now”. I asked if she could find out or escalate it to the manager. I was told, “that is not my job”, still not looking up from phone and being very rude and unwilling to help. Just keep stating, “I wasn’t here.” I asked her multiple times if the manager or someone could contact me. I was told no. I waited outside to decide what to do, she walked and handed me a piece of paper with an email address and case number, which I already had from the officer. I had called what I thought was the managers phone number (turned out to be maintenance guy) to report what was going on. He proceeded to hell at me and tell me how they got my trailer back and if I was going to complain that he wasn’t going to take to me, then hung up. Was able to connect with him again, were he apologized for yelling at me. Informed me that he is the maintance personal. I had apologized for my confused regarding his role. He was able to tell me that he provided the police with all the video from them finding the trailer and the video at the RV park. While networking with my neighbors, space 9 told me that they saw my trailer was gone and was blocking the street at around 0630. They witnessed multiple individuals yelling at each other. On 1/25, neighbor from space 5 had seen individuals in a silver SUV loading up my trailer. That he called the office and was told it must be my SUV, even though he had told them it wasn’t me. They told him that they would go look into it. No one ever went. At this time, I once again went to the office asking to speak with the management. Again, office assistant won’t look at me and was rude. Stating, “they will call you Monday”. I asked politely if we could reach out, as I have new information to discuss with them. See if they were willing to connect regarding the updated info. Once again, not even making eye contact and rudely told me no, that it was not her job. On 1/27, while I was at work the manager called and left a message on my phone that I was “harnessing the office assistant”. I had done no such thing and was politely inquiring regarding status of my account and to talk to management regarding the new info that I had obtained. Figure out why the park did not follow up on my neighbors reports. They also left a letter on all the trailers doors that we should put an Apple tag in our RVs, which I had and it was found on the ground where my trailer was supposed to be. Not only that my belongings also had Apple tags and have been disable. I am not upset that my trailer was broken into and stolen. I am disappointed in the staff and management since the event. (On 1/25, One of my neighbors reported to me that the office assistant was also rude to her that day.)
