My wife, Pup, and I had a one night stay at this RV resort.. From the initial booking conversation with Morgan till our departure I was pleased.. Owners are always smiling. They share their personal pool with guests; which is within a well maintained area with astroturf and loungers.. Restrooms were spotless and secured with keypad access.. they asked right questions and placed us in a location where our 61ft RV Trailer combo could stay connected.. Great value at under $50/ night.. I would stay there again.. perhaps for a few extra night to explore Roswell, as it’s a very nice small city with literally everything (stores, museums, entertainment, etc).

What a gem. We did an RV tour through New Mexico, and the RV park from Morgan & Jon was one of our overnight stops. We had the most heartfelt welcome. Morgan is so nice, funny, and a treasure trove of information. We had no contact with Jon, but he is married to Morgan, so he must be nice. If we do another New Mexico tour and pass Roswell, we will definitely stay there again.

The office is very cute, alien themed. They are very friendly, someone is always in the office/park if you need them. Everything stays clean. They have a play area for kids, a clubhouse, pool and dog park. If you’re in Roswell it’s definitely the place to stay

My wife and I are in a 6-month RV trip. And this is by far the best RV park we've been in. Morgan and her husband are great hosts. We were only going to spend two days and we ended up spending a week. We felt very safe, everything is clean and very well maintained. I can personally guarantee you'll be happy here.

Nice and quiet. Very close to town. Staff is wonderful and so nice. Nice store / office. Didn’t make it to the trading post but it looked nice. Would definitely stay here again. Dog park too if you’re needing one. Can tell owners are really making it a nice place to stay. We had a picnic table but not sure if every site had one or not.

We only stayed one night, but we loved the convenience of the pull thru site we were in! Also very much appreciated being guided to our spot by the staff. Super friendly folks in the office!

Where is the 10-stars. New owners, Jon & Morgan go above and beyond for their customers! Wow, this park has a little bit for everyone. The gift shop is AMAZING and better than any of the gift shops down town. They have opened a clubhouse that was a great place for my family to unwind after a long day on the road. The park is extremely level with designated curving for sites with picnic tables. We were able to stream movies while the park was full. Highly recommend, best park in Roswell.

We are full-time RV’ers and move a lot. We stayed here for 3 days and got to look around Roswell. This, is by far the best RV park in Roswell! The owners took over in November and are a young couple (well, young to me) and from early in the morning until dark they were always working. But even though they were always working, they would take time to talk with you and were really friendly. There isn’t much real grass in that area, but they have put down artificial pet grass in a section of the fenced in dog park, which our dog (who has spent the last two winters in areas basically without grass) really enjoyed! There obviously has been a lot of recent upgrades there and they are still making improvements. The sites are more than adequate size-wise and nice and level. It’s is litter free and clean. My wife loved the gift shop there. We will definitely stay there again, when we are in the area!

Great place.... Super people. Owner Morgan was amazing, kind and super helpful. Park is very clean and maintained well. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Whitney also was super great. Loved it!

Stop looking for parks in Roswell and BOOK YOUR STAY HERE! This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had at an RV Park, and it is all thanks to the amazing (new) owners! They are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met! They keep the park exceptionally clean! Trash service from your spot every day! Incredibly clean laundry facilities. I didn't use the bathroom but I have no doubt that it, too, like the rest of the park, is amazing. We (Simon "The big black dog" and myself) will absolutely be staying here again the next time we're passing through! To the owners - thank you again for this fantastic experience. It is one neither of us will ever forget! We will see you again one day!
