The place is all run down, mossa trailers in their falling apart, the area is not kept up it's all sloppy and weedy. Whoever is running that trailer park should be fired. I wouldn't rent there at all

Management is poor, dirt road people fly through with there cars blowing up dirt over the parks speed limit complaints are made and nothing changes . Maybe that's why it's so cheap to live here .

It's okay jk lot of cops managed pretty horribly it's not kept up very well it is dog friendly they don't have a playground but the rent is cheap
