Covered and open RV lots become available pretty quickly. You're pretty close to neighbors but most people won't bother you. They have 30 and 50 amp options, connect to city water, sewer included, but you should bring your own internet. If you're ok with the noisy airport and being further away from grocery stores, the recreation center is right next door and the park is a 2 minute walk away.

This is our 3rd stay here. It is now called Parkside RV base. Nice open park, level, nice laundry room. We travel in a class A. Also the dog park is ok, mostly dirt, but that's better than goatheads.

Mixed feelings… 3 years I ago I stayed here and enjoyed my couple weeks here. Same hosts so I can only assume upper management/ownership has changed while they try to sell the park. Great way to run folks off, in fact several of my coworker chose other parks in the area with amenities after playing 20 questions trying to get a monthly reservation via phone. 1st. They “require”: Copy of truck registration Copy of trailer registration Visual inspection on both -Check in took over 30mins. (Not exaggerating, I understand I had a specific site request and I’m faulting upper management for this lengthy check in). 2nd. Their rules are made up. Site says escapees members can receive mail (“The park can accept mail only for Escapees Mail Service members.”) Apparently this is not true per the host unless it’s escapees sending the mail. 3rd. They want to talk about liabilities (dog not on leash) but for over 3 years there are several holes averaging a foot deep behind rv spots for the sprinklers they spray your RV with. I don’t have to speak ambulance chaser to see the negligence with the major trip hazard. There is also metal wire scattered at random, picture added of the light pole about to fall over as well. 4th. I have watched their staff do 30mph thru the park (Red Tundra). This is unacceptable. 5th. They inform you about keeping items (sewer hose tote) at your site but yet have the same/more at the host site. 6th. They ride around on the golf carts looking at inspection/registration stickers. This is a joke and waste of time at best. There are some piles here, including a staff vehicle that would fail a state vehicle inspection. 7th. Dog park is a sand pit litter box at best, has a tree though. They do water it but it’s not doing great. I do not want to put the hosts in this down but this silliness the staff embarks on for this park is a bit much. This review is a reflection on their management company/ownership, not so much the hosts. I wish the staff the best. They were great about letting me know about packages and putting them on my steps. Would I stay here again, yes. Am I welcomed here again after this, probably not.
