The location is slightly in a bad neighborhood. But we felt safe there. The riverwalk was nice. The facilities was fantastic and clean. Was very happy with the location. Definitely going to return again.

Love, safe place to stay. Staff is very accommodating. Lots of trees for shade and many of the sites. Some drainage issues with water pooling at the entry point of pull through sites. Full hook up. Great location for seeing Downtown and mission tours. highly recommend this location. pet friendly. Great washer dryer system that you can use Google or Apple Pay for. free but rather week Internet. Child friendly elements like tiny pet putt golf and small pool but mostly adult oriented with quiet community. 10/10

We stayed here a few nights in our RV and quite enjoyed it. A great location for sure! The park was clean, organized and well equipped. We were grateful to do laundry and the pool area looked lovely. It was quiet and the other campers were kind. My only complaint is the Wifi. It allowed for only the most basic of uses, we could not stream Netflix or work (which is why I stay at these types of parks). You can of course, pay for more data; which I find insulting at the rate for a night here. This would be 5 star if they provided better Wifi.

Staid here for a few days in our class a. It’s a really nice park, big spaces and easy to get in and out of. Each spot has a nice little grassy yard. They have a pickleball court and fitness center and swimming pools. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Alamo and river walk from here. Everyone was real friendly and they had a few park models as well. Would def stay here again if we’re in the San Antonio area.

Our first time to this area and resort and we had an enjoyable time. The park is nicely maintained, level lots, green grass nice space between each and some have shade which is a luxury in the heat and humidity. The pool was so refreshing and a place to meet new friends, sadly it closes at 10 (one more hour would be perfect!). Check in was a breeze especially after hours. Staff is super friendly. Laundry was squeaky clean and easy to use with a credit card or coins. Down the street was a bit sketchy but I never felt unsafe ever. I "heard" there were some homeless down by the river walk but you are in TX so I doubt any would mess w/ travelers, I did not see them nor did I go to the riverwalk area next door. The location is fabulous to the Alamo, the river walk in the city and other local attractions. We didn't vist the fitness center but heard from new friends it was nice, the pickle ball court looks brand new and my dog loved the dog park each day. If you go this week you must stop by the pool at night and say hello to Maggie and Louie a friendly couple from CA. Oh water pressure is amazing too! everything worked great, if we pass through again we will be back :)

We just spent 4 nights at this RV park. We followed the directions to get there and did not use our GPS. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy, so I had my doubts. Also, they warn you of bike thefts. They have a shed you can store your bikes in, we chose to just bring ours in the trailer. But after getting past the neighborhood and the bike theft warning, the park itself is very nice. Super clean, nice dog area, kids playground, miniature golf area, nice pool area and great laundry room. The washers and dryers accept debit cards, which is a plus for me! It's also a quick drive to Riverwalk. We chose to drive rather than take the bus. Again, we didn't follow GPS for RW. Take a left onto Roosevelt, that will turn into St Mary's , follow St Mary's until the road splits, you'll then be on Navarro St. There are a lot of options for parking. Enjoy!

I was not the one staying here, I had family that stayed here. They were very pleased with the place. They said that the park was very clean along with the gym and laundry room. They have a motor home that is 36'. They were a little disappointed that a pull through was not available, but were able to fit into the spots where you back in.

Great park, well organized. Would say it's more geared to the retirement community. The surrounding parts of town are not the safest and I heard of multiple incidences of theft - no fault of the park but something to consider, we had no issues.
