My buddies and I picked this campground due to the fact they had covered wagons. The wagons were equipped with a large bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, ac, heat, mini fridge/freezer, Keurig, and microwave. There were 4 water bottles and k-cups upon our arrival. We brought sleeping bags, however they weren't needed as the linens were provided. Each wagon comes with a deck, table with umbrella, 4 chairs, rocker, and grill. There is also a fenced yard and fire pit for each wagon. They have a horse shoe pit, basketball, pool, and fake bull lasso area. The campground was a quiet and relaxing. Recommend for your next stay.

Great place and perfect location! We loved the patio connected to our site. The staff was super friendly, and we’re looking forward to coming back again. This was my second stay at this KOA, and once again it was excellent! The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is convenient yet peaceful, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The sites are level with spacious concrete patios and comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors. It’s a quiet spot but still close to plenty of amenities and just a short drive to Greenville, SC. Highly recommend!

Our three night stay in DC-3 (deluxe cabin) by the lovely brook was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Our hosts Amy and Jason were warm and accommodating. Thanks for the wonderful local travels tips. Our excursion to “Pretty Place” was a sight to be remembered. The park was clean and the blooming flowers were a nice touch. Travelers Rest KOA is a “come back to”.

We always have a good experience staying at KOAs. Travelers Rest KOA is wonderful. Everything was so well maintained with beautiful landscaping/flowers. There is a whole section of covered wagons that are great for families. Some had huge yards with fire pits and yard games to enjoy. We stayed in with of the premium patio RV sites. The site was level and had plenty of shade. The swing and patio furniture were a nice bonus. The site was spacious and had a small creek in the back. There were nice grassy spots for anyone with dogs. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

What an awesome little campground, nestled in the trees for a peaceful relaxing stay. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Most all the sites are on the right side of the main drive as you come in with a few cabins and covered wagons in the middle and end. You have plenty of privacy with no one in front of you as you back in (other than the two pull through sites) it’s a very laid back country setting. The bathroom facilities were kept immaculate along with the rest of the campground. Definitely will be back again.

We were staying in the driveway of some friends who live in the area for a couple of weeks. We were able to use one of the sites here to dump our tanks for $20. Super nice and friendly people.

Terry was the nicest person ever. She was so helpful and kind! Our stay was amazing! We were supposed to stay one day and ended up staying 3 nights. Eugene was also very kind and works so hard! Thank you for making out first time RV experience so memorable and stress free!!

Great KOA if you are heading to Greenville and need a quiet campground to stop for the night. We had a campsite by Johnson Creek with trickling water. Creek is swim/wade at own risk.

Beautiful, small well kept campground in a perfect location to spend time in the mountains or checking out shops in a cute downtown area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed here many times for several years while visiting family. Now we’re staying as we build our forever home. Jason and Rebecca run a clean peaceful campground. It’s fun to chat with fellow campers. Those who’ve returned time and again share our perspective. First time visitors love the quiet, wooded setting. Looking forward to lots of new things happening.
